Charged with creating and developing the interactive services division reporting directly to the
Market President.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing business plan for Interactive Media division (Atlanta).
• Revenue modeling and projection.
• Sales strategy.
• Market penetration, planning and pricing.
• Growth projection.
• Training all sales and management staff.
• Business development.
• Maintaining client and agency relationships.
Worked directly with up to 90 internal account executives and managers on interactive products,
pricing and sales strategies. Responsible for 2008 YOY growth of over 140 percent; account
executive penetration growth of 150 percent, and average unit rate of streaming products up over
300 percent. As of June 2009, overall YOY revenue growth is up 112 percent.
Held sole responsibility for developing new client base. In charge of hiring, training and
developing new account representatives. Oversaw all sales activity for the US offices. Doubled
sales revenue in one-year period.
