You are fully aware of the orders of the Government and of Hon'ble Supreme Court on the Anti !a""in" measures# As per the latest poli$y all students and parent/"uardians are re%uired to submit an affidavit before a student is allowed re"istration in the &niversity# 'he format of Affidavits $an be downloadin" from below "iven lin(s www#)e$(u(as#or"#in and to be submitted on a *on +udi$ial paper of !s#,-/ duly attested by the oath $ommissioner#

All parents/"uardian/students may download the same and "et them duly attested by the .ath $ommissioner and brin" it on the day of student/s re"istration# 0indly note, that there are two Affidavits as Anne1ure 2 3 22# 'he Anne1ure 2 is to be si"ned by the student and Anne1ure 22 shall be si"ned by the parent / "uardian#

In case a student does not submit the same he/she shall not be allowed to proceed with the registration.
