Section 1: Organiser

Section 2: Entering the competition

2.1. To enter the competition, the users must (a) compete in the race event Porsche 911 RSR (2013) Time Trial in the 50 Years of 911 race series of Real Racing 3 and beat the default lap time of Marc Lieb of 1:55.555 on the Spa track, and (b) then take a screenshot showing their successfully accomplished lap time and send this screenshot, by 10 October 2013 (18:00 CEST) (the closing date), to the following e-mail address: rr3-challenge@porsche.com, and (c) include the following personal data into this e-mail: user name in Real Racing 3, e-mail address, full name, age, sex, place of residence, and (d) if under the age of 18, obtain the prior permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter the competition. 2.2. By sending the e-mail as defined under section 2.2 above, the users agree to these entry conditions. 2.3. Entry of the competition and the chances of winning are not conditional in any way upon the purchase of goods or the use of services supplied against payment by Porsche AG or other companies involved in the organisation of the competition. 2.4. Legal representatives and employees of Porsche AG or legal representatives of other companies involved in the organisation of the competition may not enter the competition. 2.5. By entering the competition, the users confirm that they have a valid passport or identity card.

Section 3: Exclusion from the competition

Porsche AG is authorised to exclude users from the competition without notice if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition, in particular the entry procedure, and/or intentionally breach these entry conditions. Grounds for exclusion are in particular: Multiple registrations using different e-mail addresses. Manipulated screenshots of the racing results. Manipulating the racing results themselves via cheats, hacks, using bugs to their own advantage or any other use or manipulation of the game not intended by Porsche AG. Registration through a provider whose business purpose includes the manipulation of competitions. Registration or usage of fake accounts. Violation of these entry conditions.

Section 4: Selection of the winners

The winners will be chosen by random among all users who have complied with the conditions as defined under section 2.2 above.

Section 5: Cancellation of the competition

Porsche AG reserves the right to cancel the competition or parts thereof. This applies in particular if the game suffers permanent or temporary error resulting in invalid lap times due to computer viruses, software and hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons, for example. It also applies in the event of manipulation or manipulation attempts that affect the organisation, security, integrity and/or normal and proper execution of the competition.

Section 6: Delivery of the prizes

The winners will be notified by e-mail within five days of the closing date. The claim to the prize expires if the transfer of the prize cannot be performed for reasons related to the individual winner within six months after the first notification. The prizes presented within the competition are not necessarily identical to the prizes delivered to the winners. There can be variations in model, color, etc. Porsche AG has the right to replace the presented prize with an item similar in kind and with a quality equivalent to the prize shown. The prizes will be shipped to the winners postal address by freight, parcel service or e-mail. Delivery is free within the Federal Republic of Germany. Extra transport costs and customs duties shall be borne by the winners. In all cases, Stuttgart remains the place of performance. The carrier will contact the winners to arrange a delivery date. The winners must provide a second address in the immediate vicinity, to which the prize may be delivered in his absence. If the carrier is unable to encounter anyone at either address, a corresponding notification will be left. The winners shall bear the costs of a second delivery. No cash disbursement and/or replacement of the prizes is possible. The claim to the prize or replacement of the prize cannot be transferred to third parties. Legal recourse is not permitted.

Section 7: Consent

The user agrees that, if he or she is among the winners of the competition, Porsche AG will publish his or her first and last name and place of residence, and as required photos and videos showing the user will be published on the Facebook and the Youtube social media platform and on the porsche.com website.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time. If the user withdraws his or her consent, he or she will no longer be regarded as having entered in the competition.

Section 8: Liability

Porsche AG is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by Porsche AG or one of its agents. This does not apply to damage caused by the violation of life, body and / or health. The foregoing limitation of liability shall in particular apply for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data, etc., for failures of technical systems or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or viruses.

Section 9: General provisions

Complaints relating to the operation of the competition must be addressed in writing to Porsche AG within 14 days of the user becoming aware of the reason for complaint. Complaints made by telephone or delayed complaints will not be processed. All legal relationships arising from or related to these entry conditions are governed by German law. To the extent legally permissible, the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, action or proceeding arising hereunder. Should any provision of these entry conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions of these entry conditions.
