In 1986, the U.S. Supreme Court granted vaccine manuIacturers immunity Irom lawsuits
pertaining to vaccine injury. The right to sue a pharmaceutical company Ior death or
disability as a result oI vaccination, even if you could prove vaccination was the cause,
was taken away.
No longer concerned with "nancial liability, manuIacturers revved up their R&D teams and
the race to create new vaccines (and increase pro"ts) was on.
Between 1990 and 2006, these companies developed
vaccines Ior Hib, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Rotavirus,
Pneumococcal, Flu, Hepatitis A, and Meningococcal
disease, adding a whopping 27 shots to the
recommended schedule.
Today, a child receives up to 38 doses of
vaccine by age 6. The rate of autism is now
1 in 50 children.
Chronic health conditions doubled from 1994 to
2006.
Can changes in the immune system and the growth
oI chronic illness in our children be the result oI an
aggressive vaccine schedule that has never been

Just 10 years ago, the vaccine market

Poor health outcomes are especially depressing because the U.S.A. spends twice as much on
healthcare than other countries about $9,000 per person.
'Healthcare cost, as a percent oI the GDP is almost double that oI other countries, says
Gerard Anderson oI the Johns Hopkins School oI Public Health.
Data Irom 2007 show American`s liIe expectancy is 3.7 years shorter Ior men and 5.2 years
shorter Ior women than in the leading nations Switzerland Ior men and Japan Ior women.
As oI 2011, 27 countries had higher liIe expectancies at birth than the United States.
We rank at or near the bottom in nine key areas oI health: low birth weight; injuries and
homicides; teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted inIections; HIV and AIDS; drug-related
deaths; obesity and diabetes; heart disease; chronic lung disease; and general disability.
The United States has the highest number of
mandated vaccines for children under 5 in the world
(36-45, double the Western world average of 18)
and out of the 34 developed countries, places last
for its children under 5 mortality rate.
Other countries, including the UK, Denmark,
Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland,
Iceland, Ireland, Japan and several Canadian
provinces screen pregnant women Ior Hepatitis B
and only vaccinate children who are at risk. The
United States vaccinates all children with Hepatitis B
within 12 hours oI birth, whether there is potential Ior
risk or not.

In addition to mandating the most aggressive vaccine schedule in the world, 70 oI our
population uses prescription drugs. We comprise just 5 oI the world`s population and take
80 oI the antidepressants. A higher use oI anti-depressant and stimulant drug use can cause
an increase in homicide and drug-related deaths.
Big Pharma is pro"ting twice, "rst by creating the harmIul substances that we are using/
injecting/ingesting that contribute to the rise oI these issues and then again through the
medicine used to treat the very conditions they help create.
It`s no secret that pharmaceutical companies have threatened the government. Without
immunity Irom lawsuits, pharmaceutical companies won`t produce drugs, even in the event
oI germ warIare. Unbelievably, the drug
industry has convinced the government to seal
all lawsuit records against it, Iorcing consumers
to do their own research. Most outrageously, it
is the only industry without whistleblower
protection.
Baby boomers unhealthier than
parents

BABY BOOMERS are a health bust according to a
shocking new West Virginia University study.

The 78 million Americans born between 1946 and 1964
are behind their parents in several key wellness factors.
The boomers have a higher rate of chronic illness, more
disability, and lower-rated health than their folks did at
a comparable age.

Only 13 percent oI baby boomers consider their health to
be excellent compared to 32 percent oI their parents, and
39 percent are overweight, compared to 29 percent oI their
elders.

The results are stunning since the boomers have embraced
running, Iitness classes and backpacking in unprecedented
numbers.

'There seems to be a disconnect between the reputation oI
baby boomers Ior being healthy and what we see in
increasing rates oI diabetes, high blood pressure, and
obesity, says lead author Dr. Dana King oI WVU`s
School oI Medicine. 'It`s really discouraging they`re not
the healthiest generation.

England with 98 oI the population vaccinated against smallpox, experienced its
worst ever smallpox outbreak with 45,000 deaths. Germany, at a 96 vaccination
rate compliance, had over 125,000 deaths Irom smallpox.
In Germany, compulsory mass vaccination against diphtheria commenced in 1940
and by 1945, diphtheria was up Irom 40,000 to 250,000.
W.H.O declared Ghana measles Iree in 1967. Then, in 1972, Ghana experienced
one oI its worst measles outbreaks, with its highest ever mortality rate. 96 oI the
population had previously been vaccinated.
A tuberculosis vaccine trial in India involving 20,000 people revealed that more
cases oI TB occurred in the vaccinated than the unvaccinated.
Dr. Jonas Salk who developed the "rst polio vaccine testi"ed along with other
scientists, that mass inoculation against polio was the cause oI most polio cases
throughout the U.S.A., since 1961.
CaliIornia had the largest whooping cough outbreak (almost 1500 people ~ 5x
times the normal level) in more than 50 years. A study showed that 81 oI
whooping cough cases occurred, in people under the age oI 19, who received the
entire recommend series (5 shots) oI whooping cough vaccines.
This season`s !u vaccine was almost completely ineIIective in people over 65.
Rates oI hospitalization and death have been some oI the highest ever recorded Ior
that age group, according to early estimates by the Centers Ior Disease Control and
Prevention. For those over 65, the !u vaccine helped in just 9 oI cases.

The U.S.`s dismal ranking in inIant mortality is evidence that the health oI our children is at risk. We give
more vaccines than any other country. Of 34 developed countries administering an average of 17 doses,
the U.S. mandates a staggering 36 doses of vaccines (up from 10 in 1983). Many of the 15 infectious
diseases covered, are neither life-threatening, nor a present threat.
Vaccinated Children Are Sicker Than Unvaccinated Children
Despite rising rates oI chronic illness, the CDC reIuses to run studies on the vaccinated vs.
unvaccinated. Vaccinated population disease rate is higher than unvaccinated populations.

A RECENT STUDY in the Journal of the American Medical
Association consisting oI over 600 studied peer-reviewed
scienti"c papers published in the world`s top medical journals
Iound that scientists misrepresented the actual !ndings of the
research. Forty percent oI the data was misrepresented in either
the abstract or main text oI the study. In cases where studies
had negative outcomes-in other words, the treatment
studied did not work-the scientists authoring the studies
distorted the !ndings to show the treatments did work. In
some cases, they didn`t even publish the !ndings at all.
This is the same scienti"c inIormation the public counts on to
make their medical decisions. UnIortunately, although the public can be made to believe that
research is done in an ethical manner, leaders Irom academic medical centers are provided
grants to conduct research 'contracted by Pharma. The research is oIten designed and
executed, such that the results are made to Iavor the agenda oI the manuIacturer and Iunder.
The public trusts government regulators to ensure that vaccines and other pharmaceuticals
meet the saIety criteria, so harmIul products are not approved. However, the same agencies
trusted by the public to approve pharmaceuticals, simultaneously receive grants Irom the
companies that manuIacturer them. In another example oI con!ict oI interest, authors oI
scienti"c papers sit on corporate advisory boards, receive large speaking Iees, and enter into
patent and royalty agreements with Pharma.
Despite their legal requirement to submit these "ndings to the FDA and post the data on their
website, pharmaceutical companies conceal their unIavorable research. As a result, many
pharmaceutical companies are pro"ting Irom harmIul drugs and only aIter legal action is
taken are they Iorced to publish the data on a public website, where independent scientists are
able to analyze the data and report all "ndings. Despite the
corruption, the drugs remain on the market, even while
causing thousands oI deaths, such as in the case oI
GlaxoSmithKline`s diabetes drug Avandia. In
addition, "nes assessed to pharmaceutical
companies are insigni"cant in comparison to
gross sales, rendering the 'legal repercussions
meaningless, in light oI the Iact that Pharma
budgets Ior these "nes. The ultimate price being
paid is our deteriorating public health, a 'side
eIIect oI Big Pharma`s agenda.

Leading pharmaceutical companies continue to receive sizable government
penalties Ior illegal practices, previously plead guilty to by their competition.
Paying !nes for breaking the law has become part of the cost of doing
business in the drug industry.
P!zer: $2.3 billion Eli Lilly: $1.4 billion Allergan: $600 million
AstraZeneca: $520 million Bristol Myers Squibb: $ 515 million
Forest Laboratories: $313 million
As pharmaceutical companies continue to pro!t, chronic illness in the U.S.
continues to grow.
We project a rise in the number oI reported cases oI the seven diseases to almost 231
million annually by 2023. As shown in "gure 7, this represents an increase oI 62 percent
in the absolute number oI cancer cases, a 54 percent increase in mental disorders and a
53 increase in diabetes.

Debate Over Safe Limits and Recommendations
Historically, the CDC has not acted on the EPA`s recommendations on the saIe limits oI
exposure Ior various components.
Throughout the 1990`s, the CDC recommended vaccines that gave children 125
times more ethyl mercury than the EPA`s safe limit. The EPA`s saIe level is 0.1
microgram per kilogram body weight. Children in the 1990`s and early 2000`s were
exposed to 62.5 micrograms oI mercury at 2 months oI age. That equals approximately
12.5mcg/kg oI body weight Ior the average 2 month old child.
Delayed Removal of Dangerous Ingredients and Preservatives
There is available inIormation that shows some ingredients may cause potential adverse
events, however there has been a substantial delay in removing these ingredients Irom
vaccines.
Despite GlaxoSmithKline oIIering to produce thimerosal-Iree vaccines, the CDC did
not succeed in doing so until 2004.
'The World Health Organi:ation allowed pharmaceutical companies to stop calling
thimerosal a preservative vears ago, but it is now known as a sterili:ing agent, which
is used at the beginning of the vaccine manufacturing process instead of the end. It is
chelated out, at the end of the process, but chelation does not remove all of it,` allowing
what manufacturers recogni:e as 'trace amounts` to remain. No one is checking these
amounts, which means no one knows fust how much mercurv is actuallv in a vaccine.

Pharmaceutical ties with the CDC are common and many oI these connections have cycled
between the two.
In 2003, an investigation by United Press International Iound that the CDC had 'close
ties between the agency`s advisory panel Ior vaccines and Big Pharma.

The Center Ior Disease Control (CDC) oversees vaccine research, promotion and saIety. The
Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends vaccines to the CDC,
which makes recommendations to the public. It`s unIortunate Ior our children that the CDC
has been strongly in!uenced by pharmaceutical companies and the CDC is repeatedly Iailing
us. Polio was called an epidemic at 1 in 3000, but the CDC has yet to call autism an epidemic
at 1 in 50. However, the American Academy oI Pediatrics (AAP) called autism an epidemic
in 2012.

Some oI the members oI the advisory panel received money Irom vaccine makers
through sharing oI patents, owning stock, and payments Ior research.
Julie Gerberding, who headed the CDC Irom 2002 to 2009, became the president oI
Merck`s vaccine division.
Promotion of an Aggressive Jaccine Schedule, Despite Risk of Possible Jaccine Injury
Damage
The CDC continues to promote vaccines in the U.S., where in other countries vaccines have a
limited use based on disease risk Iactors, due to vaccine saIety concerns.
For example: the U.S. recommends Hepatitis B to all newborn babies within 24 hours
oI birth, regardless oI whether the baby is at risk or not.
To the contrary, in the Iollowing countries Hep B vaccination is only required Ior at risk
children born to mothers who test positive: Denmark, England, France, Germany, Italy,
Sweden, Japan, Netherlands and Norway.
Failure to Prove Jaccines are Safe
The CDC promotes the ACIP`s recommended vaccine schedule, a series oI vaccines that
only the individual vaccines have been saIety tested Ior the short term. These tests do not
include combination vaccines, nor do they include the eIIects oI the entire vaccine schedule,
as a whole.
At the November 2012 Congressional Oversight Hearings on Autism, Carolyn Maloney
asked why have a schedule that requires a child to receive so many vaccines, in such a
short period oI time, when there is plenty oI antidotal evidence Irom parents who had
completely normal children regress almost immediately Iollowing vaccination.
Colleen Boyle, oI the CDC Iollowed with the statement: 'There is a federal advisorv
committee that determines the vaccine schedule. The reason thev cluster the vaccines is
reallv to trv to make sure evervone gets it. And again trving to make sure vaccines go
to all children and not evervone goes to the doctor routinelv, so we use that opportunitv
to make sure thev get them.`
In Congressman Bill Posey`s exploration oI the subject, directed at Boyle, he asked, 'So
clearly, de"nitely, unequivocally, you have studied vaccinated versus unvaccinated?
To which she replied, 'We have not studied vaccinated versus unvaccinated.`
His response was: 'Never mind. Stop there.`

Immunizations
Single MMR vaccines are manuIactured by France, India, China, Russia and some European countries
due to the alarming number oI reported side eIIects caused by the combined MMR vaccine.
A study in Poland examining adverse events and the immune system response Iollowing vaccination
stated, 'A neonate`s immune system does not Iunction in the same manner as an adults and it does not
reach maturity until about age 3 years. Because oI a neonate`s existing antibodies Irom the mother,
vaccination against some microorganisms simply does not provide any lasting protection Ior newborns.
The ACIP and CDC continue to recommend the !u vaccine Ior pregnant woman and inIants, despite
the Iact that they are not sure iI it is saIe to do so, as no clinical trials were done on either population.
Subtle Damage
Consistently being reported, are accounts oI post-vaccination reaction that are Iollowed later in liIe by
poor academic perIormance including dyslexia, lower IQ, struggle with schoolwork and learning
disabilities.
Food
In the U.K., Australia, Singapore and other countries, governments ban ingredients proven to cause
harm and impose legal repercussions iI used in Iood products. The U.S. uses many oI these same
ingredients as standard practice in everyday Ioods.
Peanut Oil
Today, almost 1.5 million children in this country are allergic to peanuts, emerging as the number one
case oI death Irom reactions. Today`s peanut allergy epidemic was precipitated by "rst adding peanut oil
to penicillin and then later to childhood injections. As vaccines doubled in the 1980s and 1990s, hundreds
oI thousands oI kids exhibited peanut sensitivities, with Irequent cases oI anaphylaxis, sometimes Iatal.
Fluoride
The !uoride we drink is not a naturally occurring substance, rather a mining plant bi-product labeled
as a highly toxic poison by the EPA. So toxic, that hazmat protective gear must be worn when moving it.
Bipolar Disorder
The U.S. has a prevalence rate oI 4.4 Ior bipolar disorder. This is double that oI the world prevalence
rate which is 2.4.
Nine oI ten children diagnosed as bipolar are treated with at least one medication and two-thirds oI
them are being treated with two or more drugs.
Bipolar individuals are two times more likely to die oI heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

Diabetes
Today, although the population has doubled since the 1940s, the incidence oI type 1 diabetes has risen
more than 20 times. Data indicates that vaccines (mumps, hepatitis B, MMR and pneumococcal) cause
approximately 80 oI cases oI insulin dependent diabetes in children who have received multiple vaccines
starting aIter 2 months oI liIe.
A Bristol University study oI 2.6 million people between 1985 and 2004 Iound that the number oI
children under "ve years old with type 1 diabetes has grown 2.3 every year. Meanwhile, the number oI
diagnosed kids under "Iteen, which includes the most ages most commonly diagnosed, doubled during
that time.
Epilepsy
An estimated 1 in 100 people in the U.S. has had a single unprovoked seizure or has been diagnosed
with epilepsy.
In 70 oI new cases, no cause is apparent.
The CDC admits that 10 oI children who have a Iebrile seizure will develop epilepsy. In addition,
scientists have discovered a link between epilepsy and autism, which supports the rise in epilepsy
prevalence.
Autism
In the last 12 years, the prevalence oI autism has increased 289.5 and the growth rate oI autism
annually is between 10 and 17.
There was a 75 increase in the number oI reported autistic students in public schools between
2004-2009 (US Department oI Education`s Child Count Data).
Chronic Illness
Celiac disease growth rates have risen some 400 in the last 50 years.
1in 12 people (about 8 or 25 million people in the U.S.) has asthma according to data Irom 2009.
In the last 12 years, the prevalence oI ADHD has increased 33.
Antidepressant Drugs
1 in 10 Americans aged 12 years and over take antidepressants.
Antidepressants were the third most common prescription drug taken by Americans oI all ages in
2005-2008 and the most Irequently used by persons aged 18-44 years. From 1988-1994 through
2004-2008, the rate oI antidepressant use in the U.S. among all ages increased nearly 400.

Do your homework: Educate yourselI about the risks oI vaccinations so you can make
the best choice Ior you and your loved ones.
Ask questions. II you vaccinate, these are the eight questions you should ask

Unnecessary vaccines would include those that are Ior minor illnesses or that protect against

Hep B to a newborn without risk.
Flu Vaccine: II you Ieel you must have the !u shot, despite the evidence, insist
on the mercury-Iree option (still containing traces oI mercury)
Rotavirus Vaccine: Prevents a Iew days oI diarrhea Ior which the risk is
dehydration- a treatable, preventable symptom.
Never vaccinate when your child is sick, including ear infections: II you choose to
vaccinate, reIrain Irom giving multiple catch-up vaccines at once, oIten encouraged by
physicians, as a way to save time and money. To minimize risk, spread out vaccine
individual vaccines.
Keep in mind, there is no assurance that even one vaccine will not harm an individual.
When purchasing food, cosmetics, cleaning products and other products for your
home and family, read your labels: avoid harmIul ingredients, toxins and other chemical
substances.
