What is yogam? Combining two things is yogam. Especially when you combine an intelligent mind with intellectual thing it becomes SivaYogam. his is the t!ue yogam which is "ollowed by Siddha!s. #ow let us see about the di""e!ence in the point o" view between a layman and a Siddha! on the topic $%aa&a Yogam'. Conside! a man who gains !ichness that is wealth and "ame all o" a sudden( what do you thin) people will say? * $+e has got !aa&a yogam that is why all this is happening to him.' ,ut do you thin) all this is !ight? * #o o" cou!se( because a"te! a "ew yea!s o" time( all these can vanish. We see a pe!son with no p!ope! talent and intelligence suddenly gets wealth( "ame and happiness by which they !aise to g!eat heights in li"e. It ma)es no di""e!ence. hen let us int!oduce an intelligent thing * a man into the scene. +e is eating the "!uit. So when an intelligent and a non1 intelligent thing a!e combined togethe! only the intelligent thing is bene"ited. +e!e in this case the man-s hunge! is satis"ied. he!e will be mutual bene"it. Say when this man ma!!ies a lady. ,oth may have se/ual inte!cou!se( which gives happiness to both. ,ut this will not give a lasting happiness. It will be a me!e waste o" living and the ultimate thing will be nothing but the death. ,ut instead i" the man decides to !eali2e himsel" th!ough g!ace and deeds( he will attain a divine 3u!u. Ea!ly mo!ning ;4awn< B.B8 a.m. to :.B8 a.m. is the best suitable time. he othe! timings a!e #oon CC.88 a.m. to C9.B8 p.m. Evening 6.B8 p.m. to :.B8 p.m. and #ight CC.88 p.m. to C9.B8 p.m. @eople e/pecting e""ective !esults must meditate at least once "o! a minimum o" thi!ty minutes. .o! people those who a!e busy and need peace o" mind can meditate be"o!e eating. At any cause no one should meditate a"te! eating "ood "o! about a minimum o" 9 hou!s "!om the time o" eating. C. Is bathing necessa!y be"o!e meditation? I" you posses good health( then be"o!e meditation you a!e advised "o! a cold wate! bath( else a wa!m wate! bath. When both a!e not possible go "o! a "ace wash with p!ope! !insing o" hands( legs( nost!ils( eyes and ea! lobes. 9. I" the!e is availability o" time( can meditation be done "o! long time?

Meditation has no time limits. It can be done "o! any amount o" time with a minimum time limit o" B8 minutes. B. Can meditation be pe!"o!med a"te! dinne!? It is pe!mitted only a"te! two hou!s. I" no time then you can meditate "o! ten minutes &ust be"o!e sleep. ,ut the!e should be a gap o" minimum one hou! between you! dinne! time and bed time. E. Should it be "ollowed at the same time daily? Yes obviously. When we do meditation at the same time daily ou! body and mind will be unde! ou! cont!ol ve!y "ast. It is easy to unde!stand ou! mind-s thoughts. Fu! discipline and cont!ol will inc!ease. Gltimately ou! sel" con"idence level will inc!ease and ou! deeds will easily be succeeded. his can be unde!stood th!ough e/pe!ience. 6. Why shouldn-t we meditate a"te! "ood? As a !esult the b!ain also gets "atigue.
