Conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics and market analysis. Conducting position evaluations, job classifications, preparing job descriptions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. Collaborating with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures. Requires analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics in report writing and decision-making. Organizational skills are used to manage records and data, and meet deadlines. Systems

Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology Departments to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and users of HR information systems throughout the organisation. Assists department staff with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems. Participates in IT Status meetings for identification and resolution of issues and consideration and evaluation of potential system enhancements and upgrades. Assists in training HR Department staff and others utilizing HR computer systems, supervising staff closely in implementation phases of new systems. Responds to complaints referred by unit staff and others, by determining the best possible manner to approach and resolve problems. Acts as editor/publisher for the HR Department website to ensure consistency across all units and facilitate new initiatives. Working on strategic/ Adhoc IT projects Gathering the test requirements Creating use cases and converting them into subsequent business flow scenarios Prepare Business Scenarios and Business functional Test Cases for E2E business application Testing Functional validation of applications and pass the feedback/suggestions to other business and development teams. Involvement in requirement traceability matrix for the cycle and releases.
