In a move to stem the continuing fall of the rupee, the Reserve Bank of India, last night, came out with a number of measures, including hiking the lending rates for banks and sucking up of 12 thousand crore rupees. The measures came after high level meetings between the Prime inister and the !inance inister, followed b" discussions with RBI #overnor $ %ubbarao "esterda".
