"he flight dispatcher and the pilot-in-command shall share pertinent and related flight information, including any proposed changes to the Operational Flight Plan. fter the pilot-in-command accepts the Operational Flight Plan, the flight dispatcher and the pilot-in-command share responsibility for Flight !atch.
