Dear Co-Student:

Our courses are designed with one major purpose in mind: to help each individual discover their True Self and progress consciously on the journey of transformation. We elieve that all the information that we provide and the practice of meditation and study in these courses are designed to help you transform yourself. We em ar! on this course not for the purpose of adding more information aggage into your mind" ut to give information that will help you change and improve yourself" in your own time" at your own pace" in your own level of intensity. #or that reason" we compiled a set of instructions that you can follow efore you start a course and another set at the end of the course. These instructions and $uestions will give you a tangi le way to measure how your life is progressing. The internal changes that will ta!e place will manifest in the e%ternal world. When we are a le to measure change" we are more li!ely to stay the course of our Self-empowerment.

&efore you start on your journey of this meditation and study course" ta!e some time to reflect on the $uestions elow to the est of your a ility. Write out the answers in your note oo! or journal. These will give you a starting picture of where your life is right now. 'fter you complete the course" you will e given a new set of $uestions to complete.

When we em ar! on a spiritual journey" many changes occur in our lives. Sometimes the changes are immediate and pervasive( sometimes very su tle and deep inside of us. We often do not see these changes and eing reminded of them is a very good practice.

's you read" meditate" and put into practice what you are learning in these lessons" remem er that a good practice to follow on a daily" wee!ly" or several times per wee! is that of

)vening *eview. This is also called journaling" or writing your thoughts. This is a good practice if you can do it ecause it gives you a measure of detachment and o servation. +n most of our courses" you will see a $uestionnaire that is completed at the end of each lesson. This is a monthly chec! for you. Do not ta!e these $uestions lightly( they will reveal much to you if you ta!e the time to o serve. 'nswer the $uestions" whether monthly or in the eginning and end" in a detailed manner. This practice gives you the a ility to o serve" see details where you would otherwise miss" and ecome more compassionate and understanding of the process of change and transformation in yourself as well as in others.

The Teaching must e learned clearly and without distortion. This is the factual study of the materials. &ut more importantly" the Teaching must e applied to life. We must e a le to see that our life improves in all aspects as a result of our wor!. We do not want to simply push esoteric information into our minds" ut to challenge each of us to live a life of joy" prosperity" health" and success. We need to !now how our every e%pression is improving and e%panding and ecoming more soul conscious with each month of our study. We need to !now that the life of our family is improving. We need to !now that we are active mem ers of our community" spiritual and otherwise. We also need to !now that our e%pansion is serving to ma!e this world a etter place" that we are indeed serving the Teaching in every improvement to our lives. This is the triple path of uilding soul consciousness.

O servation and detachment are important !eys. These are not the same as criticism and denial. Thin! a out these concepts and incorporate them into your study and meditation.

+n the first month of starting your first lesson" ta!e the time to do a reality chec! of your life. 'nswer to the est of your !nowledge the following $uestions. +f you wish to share these with us" you may do so. Choose some aspects that you would li!e to share with us and send this in with your first report. The com"leted res"onse to all these )uestions is for your records only so you can reveal and intros"ect as dee"ly as you *ish( This report will serve as a arometer for your advancing insights. ,ou will notice that with each visit" these $uestions and answers change. 't each level of the spiral of life" we are not the same persons" even though we are still loo!ing at the same parts of our life( they have changed. So" do not hesitate to comment on these even if you have already visited these areas of your life.
