Terms and Conditions for Win a Proton Saga SV Contest Download Driven+ Issue 6 General 1.

. The Win a Proton Saga SV Contest (Contest) is organised by Driven Communications Sdn. Bhd. (Organiser). 2. This Contest is subject to the rules and conditions determined by the internet social website, Facebook (Facebook) and the relevant laws of Malaysia, and is not offered or valid outside Malaysia. Contest Rules and Guidelines 3. Contest will run from 15 November 2013 to 24 November 2013. To qualify for the Contest, participating fans (Participants) will have to complete the following Contest Mechanism:

Download the Issue 6 of Driven+ Interactive Magazine. Answer the question and complete the Contest form provided. Agree with the Organiser's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy upon submission. Submission period is between 15 November 2013 to 24 November 2013. Upon closure of Contest, selected winners will be announced by Organiser.

4. Results, once announced, are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the following entries without prior notice: Participants who are not Malaysian citizens. Incomplete online registration forms. Entries below age 18 years old. 5. Only Participants that fulfill the Contest Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfill the Contest Mechanism will be automatically disqualified from the Contest without notice. 6. The winners will be selected based on a fans creativity in the Contest.

Winners name will be announced on 24 November 2013 at the KLIMS 2013 event at PWTC. The participant can only win one of any set of prizes offered. Selected winner will be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the organiser via voice call or email.

7. If the organizer fails to contact the winners in at least three (3) attempts via voice call or email, the qualification will be void and another winner will be selected. 8. Prizes must be claimed in person on a specified date by organiser. The winner will be required to produce an ID, which includes a photograph required (examples include identification card/drivers license/passport where photo is included). 9. Prizes are non-transferable, must be used on the dates specified (where applicable) and shall not be redeemed for cash. Eligibility 10. Participation in this Contest is open to Participants who are Malaysian residents and are at least 18 years old on 31st December 2013. 11. The contest is not open to:

(including its associated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Driven Communications Sdn. Bhd. And Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd.

Contest Period 12. The Contest will run for a period of ten (10) days commencing from (Contest Period): 00:00 (GMT +8) 15 November 2013 and ending on 13:00 (GMT +8) on 24 November 2013. Contest Prizes 13. There will be in total of ONE (1) winner for this Contest. The winner will receive the following prize:

Prize Rules and Regulations 14. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgement and agreement of such terms and conditions. 15. If a specified Prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser may at its discretion, without notice, substitute a similar Prize or one of equivalent value. 16. The Winners may be required to attend and participate in a Prize-giving ceremony and/or other related events organised by the Organiser, if any. Should the Winner fail to attend such ceremonies and/or events, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes. 17. Winners will be contacted and informed of the venue and time for prize collection by the Organiser. Other Rules and Regulations 18. The decision of judges appointed by the Organiser is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained. 19. The Organiser (including it respective employees, staff and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) and/or any damage suffered by any winner in connection with the Contest. 20. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our website or network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet. 21. The Organiser reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organiser further reserves its right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any marketing and sales purpose as it deems fit and Participant is deemed to consent upon submitting its entry form(s) for the Contest to such use with no monetary payment. 22. The Organiser reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

23. The Organiser reserves the right to audit any or all information supplied by a Participant and each Participant agrees to assist the Organiser in any such audit in every way possible. For any Participant knowingly providing false information on their entry, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw their prize or submission, to publicise the withdrawal and present the prize to another Participant. 24. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of the Contest or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the web-site or usage policy of the website. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or to forfeit any Prize and/or reward from a Participant it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to the Contest or the Contest submission process. 25. The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other version in other languages of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times. 26. The Organiser reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice. 27. By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
