Cold Polllng Mlll for prlmary rolllng, followed by a
l00% Hlgh Performance Hydrogen Anneallng Purnace
of LO|, and 4 Hl Temper / DCP Mlll and other related state
of art facllltles.

The TM8P coll produced at the CPM Complex ls used as
raw materlal for manufacturlng superlor quallty tlnplate at
theLlectrolytlc Tlnnlng Llne ofTC|L.
very recently, TC|L has commlssloned the second state of
art Tlnnlng Llne wlth NSLC, 1apan, belng the technology
provlder. wlth the addltlon of thls new Llne, the Company
wlll be able to provlde LTP/ TPS ln Coll form (|D 508 mm)
as well as sheets ln Stralght Cut and Scroll Cut forms, to
customers.
The sallent feature of thls new llne ls the 2 step Tln Pree
Steel manufacturlng process whlch now enables Tata
Tlnplate to offer world class quallty of Tln Pree Steel

products wlth coatlngs ln excess of l00mg/m per slde,

as per lnternatlonal standards.
To feed thls 200,000 MT new faclllty for produclng LTP/TPS,
TC|L ls now ln the process of settlng up a second CPM
complex. Thls new faclllty, expected to be fully operatlonal
next year, wlll make Tata Tlnplate fully self-sufflclent wlth
assured supplles of Hot Polled colls from Tata Steel and
complete ln-house capablllty to produce tln mlll black plate
to fully utlllse lts enhanced capaclty.
