")n cases where none of the accused are occupyin% positions correspondin% to salary %rade 3*(3 or hi%her" as prescribed in the said Republic Act No. 5(64" or military or 'N' officers mentioned abo-e" e1clusi-e ori%inal 9urisdiction thereof shall be -ested in the proper re%ional trial court" metropolitan trial court" municipal trial court and municipal circuit trial court 3 as the case may be" pursuant to their respecti-e 9urisdiction as pro-ided in ,atas 'ambansa ,l%. *!" as amended.
