You have eight (8) tasks to complete for this assessment. Before you begin we suggest you create a new fol er on your computer an call it !ocument "asks. Important note about capturing screen images

a) Before you create your new toolbar$ take a screen image of (or an paste it into a new ocument calle &ord Task 1. Scenario )ost of the ;Y< +rofessional 5ervices consultants will$ at various times$ be working away from the office using a laptop an will be creating or up ating important client files. %t has been eci e that these staff shoul be backing up important ocuments imme iately$ rather than waiting until the ne*t time they come into the office. All consultants are to be issue with a /5B rive for this purpose.
