HELP NEEDED

Ananda Dhiira' Master Unit in the foothills of
Northern California is in desperate need of a
vehicle for transportation, picking up visitors and

LFT trainees from the bus or train, picking up
food donations, and running daily mundane
errands for the unit (the nearest town is 30
minutes drive away). We are looking for a used
sedan with nice trunk, small utility van or pickup,
or even a motor scooter (since Didi Anudhyana'
has her international license to drive this). Must
be in good working condition and we can pick up
any place in the USA to deliver to the MU. Didi
Anudhyana' and Didi Ananda Tapomaya' thank
you in advance for considering this request.

Roasted Cauliflower with
Curry

Serves 2

Double or triple this to serve more people
just spread cauliflower on a few baking
sheets instead of ganging it up on one.
You want air to circulate around each
piece.

1 head cauliflower
about 2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
sea salt or kosher salt

Preheat oven to 375. Using a
paring knife, remove the core
and leaves from the underside of
the cauliflower. Break or slice
the cauliflower into florets.. (read
