Ifthedaycareisclosedduetoaholiday,yourweeklypaymentisstilldueinfullforthat week. 4)TerminationofServices Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontract,andthechildcareservicesspecifiedwithin,provided2 weeksnoticeisgiven.TheProvidermayterminatetheagreementimmediatelyintheeventthat thechildsbehaviorendangerstheotherchildrenortheProvider.TheProvidermayalso terminatethecontractearlyforrepeatedviolationsofthisagreementbytheparent.

6.)Vacation Achildmaytakeavacationofupto2weeksfromthedaycareperyear,atadiscountedrateof 50%off.Thisistoensurethechildsreadmissionandtosavethespotforyourchild.Any additionalweeks(ordays)willbesubjecttoregularratesasperyourcontract.Aminimum noticeof2weeksisrequiredoftheParent/Guardianiftheywillbeusingthevacationpolicy Initial________

9)PottyTraining Ifthechildhashadsuccessinpottytrainingathome,theProvidermayattemptto provideassistanceinthepottytrainingprocessattheirdiscretionduringdaycare. TheParent/Guardianagreestokeepthechildindiapersorpullupsuntilthechildhas demonstratedtheabilitytoremainaccidentfreeforaperiodofatleasttwoweeks athome.

Yourchildcannotattendthedaycarewithafeverof100degreeorhigherandthechildmustbe feverfreeforaminimumof24hoursbeforereturningtodaycare.Thatmeansfeverfreewithout theaidofafeverreducingsubstance.GivingyourchildTylenoltoreducethefeverbeforearriving todaycareinthemorningisunacceptablebecausethefeverwillreappearonceagainandthe childwillstillhavetobesenthome.Ifthechildhasafeverof100degreeorhigher,Iwillcallyou topickupyourchildassoonaspossible.

11)OurFamilyPets Wedohavepetsinourhome.Wehave2dogs(CavalierKingCharlesonemaleandone female)andacat.Allareuptodateonshots,theytakemonthlyfleapreventativemedications andareallveryhealthyandclean(nofleashere!)They'vebeenraisedwithlittleonessotheyare allverysweetwiththechildren.Althoughtheyareverysweet&trusted,Imakesuretheyare neverleftalonewiththekidswhiletheyarehere.Ialsomakesurethattheyardistotallycleanof anywastesothechildrenwillnotencounteranymessesoutdoors. 13)ArrivalandDepartures WhenyoucometoRinnsLittleOnes,pleaseparkinthedrivewayandusethesidedooronthe leftsideofourhouse(youwillneedtoopenthegate,andgothroughifitisclosed).Theside doorbringsyourightintoourbrandnewmudroomwhichhaslockersreadytouse.Leavetheir jackets,bags,shoes,andanyotherpersonalbelongingsinthelockers.Comeintothehouse anddownthestairsintoourdaycarespot. Itisnormalforsomechildrentohavedifficultyseparatingfromparents,orcrywhenbeing droppedoff.Asmile,cheerfulgoodbyekiss,andareassuringwordthatyouwillbebackareall thatisneededtoassurethemitsok.Consistencyiskey!!!Inmyexperience,childrenarenearly alwaysquicktogetinvolvedinplayoractivitiesassoonasparentsaregone.Pleasebeassured thatifyourchildishavingadifficulttimesettlingdownandiscryingforaprolongedperiodof time,Iwillcontactyou. 15)SubstituteCare OccasionallytheProvidermayfinditnecessarytoleavethedaycarehomeforasmallportionof theday(doctorsappointmentsetc).Aqualifiedsubstitutewillbeprovidedifthisisnecessary. Mostoften,itwillbetheProvidershusbandwhoalsohashisCPRandFirstAidcertificate.
