2. TIME OF PICKUP AND DELIVERY

!he date and ti0e of pic;5p re<5ested by shipper is 1%A!E2+ at 1! .E2. Shipper=s preferred arrival date is 1%A!E2. Altho5gh carrier transports all ship0ents with reasonable dispatch+ carrier cannot operate on a set sched5le. f delivery cannot be 0ade within the period set forth+ however+ carrier will notify shipper when delivery can be e4pected. Carrier shall+ on pic;5p of the goods+ iss5e 1$E#(! A*"E >(&%E&? (& $($$E#(! A*"E >S!&A #)!?2 bills of lading for s5ch goods.

1. STORAGE SERVICE
Storage 0ay be ordered by shipper at any ti0e fro0 pic;5p to delivery. E4cept where the storage service ordered is in transit+ carrier shall iss5e its standard wareho5se receipt. !hat receipt shall then s5persede this agree0ent+ 5nless ob@ected to by shipper within 1$50ber2 days of 0ailing of the receipt. A charge will be 0ade for wareho5se labor in and o5t of reg5lar storage and for wrapping+ pac;ing+ and accessorial service. Storage is a5thori3ed in any wareho5se of carrier. Shipper a5thori3es carrier+ at carrier=s option+ to place the goods in storage at destination in the event delivery cannot be 0ade on arrival and a5thori3es the advancing of any doc; or other charge 0ade by any wareho5se0an for the acco5nt of shipper. Shipper f5rther a5thori3es the advancing of any additional charges for storage+ handling+ and transportation that accr5e if the goods are not accepted at destination.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
!he released val5e of the goods to be transported is hereby specifically stated by shipper to be 1A.(U$!2 1PE& P(U$% (& PE& A&! C"E2. !he rates <5oted in this agree0ent are based on s5ch agreed or released val5e+ and carrier=s liability is li0ited accordingly. Protection against loss or da0age e4ceeding carrier=s liability 5nder this agree0ent 0ay be sec5red+ if desired+ by obtaining additional ins5rance coverage thro5gh carrier.

3. INSURANCE
$otwithstanding the declaration of val5e in Section :+ shipper hereby declares the total act5al val5e of the entire lot of goods to be 1A.(U$!2+ and re<5ests that carrier obtain ins5rance coverage for s5ch a0o5nt at the rate of 1A.(U$!2 per 1A.(U$!2 for a total protection charge of 1A.(U$!2. Shipper warrants that the a0o5nt declared in this agree0ent is the f5ll act5al val5e of the goods. n the event that the act5al val5e of the entire lot is in e4cess of the a0o5nt so declared+ shipper shall be regarded as being shipper=s own ins5rer to the e4tent of the difference+ and shipper shall bear that proportion of any loss that the 5ndeclared a0o5nt bears to the act5al val5e of the goods.

5. CARRIERS LIEN
Carrier shall have a general lien on any and all goods now or s5bse<5ently delivered to or deposited with carrier by shipper for all charges for transportation+ storage+ preservation of the goods+ and the perfor0ance of other services. S5ch lien shall also e4tend to s5ch goods for all lawf5l clai0s for 0oney advanced+ interest+ ins5rance+ labor+ and other charges in relation to s5ch goods or any part thereofB for all charges and e4penses for notice and advertise0ent of sale and for sale of the goods where there has been a defa5lt in satisfying shipper=s obligations 5nder this agree0entB and for all co5rt costs and reasonable attorney fees in collecting s5ch charges or enforcing s5ch lien or in defending itself in the event that it is 0ade party to any litigation concerning the goods while they are in its possession. Shipper represents and warrants that shipper is lawf5lly possessed of the described goods and has the a5thority to ship andDor store s5ch goods in accordance with the ter0s of this agree0ent. Shipper shall inde0nify carrier in the event of any adverse clai0 or in the event carrier is 0ade a party to any litigation by reason of having the goods+ or any portion thereof+ transported or stored+ and shall pay attorney fees and co5rt costs+ if any+ inc5rred in connection with s5ch litigation.

7. GOVERNMENTAL REGULATION
Carrier=s transportation services are s5b@ect to govern0ental reg5lations. !he rates+ r5les+ and reg5lations of 1&E#U"A!(&' *(%'2 govern the services to be perfor0ed p5rs5ant to this agree0ent. !he tariff governing this agree0ent is 1%ES #$A!E2.
