If such an attack would occur in your area, the health department would have 48 hours to distribute medication to all residents in your county. They are likely to become overwhelmed quickly, as they dont have the manpower for such an effort. We will discuss the current project with Dallas County, and the project we implemented in St. Louis County, to partner with large employers who will distribute the medication to employees and their families.
