Whereas, this proceeding arises under the Job Training

Partnership Act, 20 C.F.R. S 626, & sea., (Pub. L. 97-300), and
the regulations issued thereunder; and
Whereas, the parties have jointly filed a stipulation to
dismiss this proceeding inasmuch as the issues have been settled
amicably between the parties;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the joint Stipulation of Dismissal
be GRANTED and that this proceeding is hereby dismissed with
prejudice.
ORDERED this 12th day of September, 1994, at Metairie,
Louisiana.
