2. As per the existing pattern, capital subsidy is being extended to the following categories of Micro, small and Medium Enterprises at the rate of 15% on eligible plant and machinery value, subject to a maximum of Rs.30.00 lakhs: i) All New Micro manufacturing ii) All New Micro, in Small enterprises established anywhere in the State. manufacturing enterprises and Industrial within the Estates in radius of

After careful examination, the Government enhance the quantum of capital subsidy rate from 15% to 25% on the plant and machinery value, in respect of the following categories of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises subject to a maximum of Rs.30.00 lakhs: i) ii) All New Micro, Small and Medium manufacturing enterprises established in all the industrially backward areas. All New Micro manufacturing enterprises established anywhere in the State. and Medium manufacturing enterprises

iii) All New Agro based Micro, Small set up in all the blocks of the state.

iv) Micro, Small and Medium manufacturing enterprises under Thrust sector set up anywhere in the State. 4. The above concession shall be made applicable to those enterprises which have taken up anyone of the effective steps mentioned below on or after 7.5.2013 to set up their enterprises. i) For New Enterprises a. Date of issue of Acknowledgement for the Entrepreneur Memorandum (Part-I) by the District Industries Centre b. Date of placement of order for Plant and Machinery

c. Date of term loan sanction by the Bank / Financial Institution, ii) For Enterprises taking up expansion / diversification a. Date of placement of order for Plant and Machinery b. Date of term loan sanction by the Bank / Financial Institution. 5. The other conditions existing in the Guidelines for Administration of Incentives and Concessions, regarding sanction of capital subsidy shall remain unchanged. 6.
