In our project of the course "Architectural Project and context" of fourth semester, we were given the task of designing

a restaurant bar in "playa la tambora " in Esquinapa, Sinaloa. By doing a site survey and check the surrounding facilities and infrastructure that the beach had, we noticed that a restaurant-bar did not cover all the needs of the place, there was still concepts that we can explote to attract more people to the place.

We decided to add some attributes to our restaurant-bar project that would change it to a beach club. A place where people could not only go out to eat and have a few drinks but a place where they could spend a full day enjoying the beach and the various facilities of the club.

This document will be an indepth descripcion of the project "beach club".we will show how we end up with our design and all the areas that this club has, as well as perspectives and images for greater understanding.

When we got to the place for the first time we realized that the place is completely clear and has a beautiful beach, so we designed this project

completely thinking in the consumer needs, placing all the areas in a way that all could have a view to the ocean and the beach

Be club was created for members to visitors, sit in comfort and luxury within a secure link and convivial atmosphere, quiet and very well kept.

Upon entering the complex, the visitor will find a modern desing and stylish structure, as well as a lounge area where there is the possibility to make small social events with a touch of elegance and freshness, and has beautiful sea view, allowing that to create an unforgettable event.

Walking to the beach the visitor will realize that this club has a swimming pool overlooking the beach , at the edge of this pool there are some lounge chairs installed to give a touch of elegance and luxury to the beach club

Under the pool overlooking the sea, you will find a bar where they can enjoy different drinks. To decorate this complex we implement some native palm trees and vegetation, giving to the complex a natural enviroment Main access

The parking lot has 28 boxes placed at the entrance of the complex accommodated in a specific way to improve the circulation of cars and allowing a good interaction with the club Service area

In the service area we will find the kitchen, storage, administration area, and bathrooms, distributed in a form that can be isolated from the guests but also

facilitate access for guests to the bathroom Corridors

The corridors are located around the complex allowing the customer to go direct where they want in a quick and easy way. they are surrounded by green areas to create a more cool and nice enviroment Green areas

The green areas are located in different parts of the complex, since we walk in to the parking lot we can see how we use a traffic circle decorated with palm trees and various plants, entering the club we can see that the client will

be in contact with nature, on the terrace and diners we place different palms to cover customers from the sun, in the bottom part next to the bar we placed another garden where people can go to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach Pool

We can find two swimming pools, one for the general public and another in private area. the pool to the public is located in a place where is visible from the diners or from the terrace, the private pool is for the exclusive use of the private area Bar

 The corridors are located around the complex allowing the customer to go direct where they want in a quick and easy way. they are surrounded by green areas to create a more cool and nice enviroment, next to the pool we will find some steps that will allow you to go down to the bar and the beach

Diners

the area of diners is a fully illuminated area through its two large windows, one overlooking the parking lot and another that faces the sea, the area is surrounded by a reflecting pool and palm trees were placed in front to reduce solar radiation and maintaining a cooler environment. within the dinners we can locate a waiting room and several tables with a capacity of 100 people, all with a modern and stylish design.

Private

The private area is a room intended for social events or business meetings where you can enjoy the greatest luxury possible and with the best service, has its own bathroom and implemented a small pool intended only for private structure we placed wood on the ceiling to cover so some solar radiation and also give a visual kick.

The entrance is on the outside and is enclosed to create the feeling of intimacy, the part that faces the beach is entirely of glass creating a feeling of spaciousness.

Terrace

the terrace is located in the northern part of the complex, has an area for 60 people where you can enjoy a variety of snacks and beverages, is a place designed for people who want to eat something light and spend time within facilities, is under a very interesting structure pergola shaped but instead single columns, we decided to design a column that would place a palm on the center. this terrace is surrounded by a reflecting pool and vegetation to give more freshness to the place. The bar is located in the bottom of the complex, has an area for 80 people and a contemporary design, we designed a very interesting structure based on concrete columns covered with wood and a lightened slab on top. The bar is completely open and surrounded by reflecting pools, at the bar we placed a glass that faces the pool and thus create a feeling that you are surrounded by water. Pool

The pool is located in the middle part of the club and all areas are connected by canals or water mirrors passing from the entrance to the bar area. is

surrounded by palm trees and we implemented some lawn chairs to the edge of the pool where people can relax.

East facade

On this side is located the main facade, where we found the parking lot and access, the left side is the service area, we covered with wood, to the side we find the diners with a metal frame and glass panels. to the far right we have the area of the terrace and we decided to put a wall to create a slightly more intimate space. South facade

This facade would be from the beach to the club, we can see that in the lowest level is the bar and in the top there is the restaurant Overall plan

Architectonic plan

Estructural and constructive sistem The foundation of a building is therefore the construction system designed to transmit loads and actions on the structure to the ground where it builds. This project has a foundation isolated plinths prepared from annealed wire and rod 3/8 that are performed as follows: Levels are performed so as to rectify the stroke. Place the first assembly. The second assembly is realized. It makes a bend between the two beds of the assembly of the dice anchor, which is approximately 50 percent. Stirrups then placed at a separation of 25 to 50 cm. Anchors are set holding the metal structure. To place, the first thing that is done is to cast the plinth leaving a construction joint between the concrete and the plinth. To ensure adherence to the dice shoe is left on a corrugated surface. Conclusions In conclusion, the work we did during the semester in this course serves as a "strategy" to present a project in the future. This project we did about the beach club I think it's a very good project for the site where is located, it would improve completely the place, if complemented by a hotel I think it would attract a lot of tourism. The design is modern and very daring for the place but the end is what

we seek with our architecture, surprise people and break with the environment to create something amazing.
