Use of two highpressure pumps (especially a pump with small productivity), an air separator and special arragements for installation of certain types of meters allows to achieve a good repeatability of results of the measurement. It is especially important for a small flowrate where the characteristic of meters has essential nonlinearity. In the calibration rig is used a bypass line for test with readings taken with the meter at rest. Flow is esteblished by opening a valve, situated downstream of the meters, and it is stopped by closure of this valve, and by opening a bypass valve ("standing start and stop" method), the meter is read whilst completely stationary. The bypass line permints quick resetting from the one flowrate to another one. It still in addition increases productivity of the rig. At the same time, "flying start and stop" method (when the flow does not stop on a test section) is provided with the diverter (the switch of a stream), that allows to take readings data from test meters using electric signals. Bypass and downstream valves, the diverter, a drain valve of the weightank and the tightening device are supplied with pneumatic actutors. Control of the pump is carried out with the help of a frequency inverter. It is necessary to note, that rig uses weight static method of measurement (weighing of the mass of water, that past through meters under test, and recalculation using the density into volume) and a volumetric static method of measurement (direct measurement ot the volume of water, past through meter under test). Weighing of the mass of water, past through meter under test, and recalculation into the volume is made after a stream have switched from a weightank into a sump. The static method is the most accuracy, becaus all uncertainties are easily defined by known methods. At measurements when the most volume of the weightank is filled, the accuracy of the measurement essentially exceeding declared. The complete set of delivery includes a description of calibration (certification) of the rig in which all last European normative requirements are taken into account, and also the operational documentation. All parts of the rig, connected to water, are executed from stainless steel, and other parts from corrosion-proof materials. The attendants - one operator. The calibration rig, if necessary, can be constructive changed according to national standards used in the given country. Under the order the calibration rig with other length of a test section and, accordingly, other number of established meters under test can be deliveried. Probably also increase of functionalities of the rig and increase a level of its automation. Chief - installation, adjustment and training of operators is made by experts from ASWEGA Ltd. At the present time in Ukraina is carrying out the calibrating of the rig as a national flow standart.
