If you are always in a hurry, are highly involved in work and volunteer pursuits, take on too many responsibilities, have a hard time saying NO and find your own passions buried then you are a SuperWoman. The good news is, you get A LOT done and a lot of people can depend on you! The bad news is, your expectations of yourself are not healthy and eventually it will catch up with you physically, emotionally and relationally. At this dynamic workshop you will learn to determine priorities, find strategies for delegating, set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty and practice assertive communication. Rhonda will show you how to balance responsibilities with self care for a more peaceful life.

As a visionary leader, she has designed and implemented several international womens programs. She is known as a dynamic, inspirational presenter. In addition to her experience, Rhonda is certified as a Womens Leadership Coach. She offers educational workshops and seminars, keynote speaking engagements, marketing consulting and individual coaching.
