Year 13 Camp 2014

This letter is to notify you of our Year 13 Camp, to be held from Wednesday Jan 29th through to Friday Jan 31st 2014. The camp is being held at Manaia Baptist Camp in Whangarei Heads. As we have been planning we have sensed God speak to us about his purposes for the camp. We believe that every one of our students has great leadership potential and our goal at the camp is for each person to discover their area of passion in life and to move towards exercising leadership in that sphere. Please pray that God speaks and inspires to all of us throughout the camp. All students will be fully accommodated in Lodge style and tent accommodation. 2 pairs of clothing suitable for outdoors (+ 1 spare set) incl: o Shorts, t-shirts, track pants (or equivalent not jeans) o Sweatshirts o Rain jacket o Walking shoes (also need suitable shoes for walking on beach/shells/in water etc) Sunscreen, hat Towel, beach towel Toiletries Bible, notepad, pen Sleeping bag, pillow Day pack Drink bottle Plastic bag Any medication required A roll of toilet paper Your own crockery and cutlery, tea towel $$ for dairy (if you want) and for dinner at McDonalds/Pizza Hut/KFC on way home Home baking or packet of biscuits Packed lunch for wed when first arrive at camp Footwear for in the water (you will be walking on rocks and sharp broken shells etc)
