Pumped 15bbls base oil. Continued POOH 67m to surface. Drain BOP stack. Pick up landing Jt and measure landing point. Lay out same. Rig up TRS. PJSM before RIH 9-5/8" casing. Pick up 9 5/8 casing shoe and started RIH. Lay down joint no 7. Dropped 9 5/8 casing in the hole "91m". Rig down 9 5/8" casing running equipment. Pick up and make up fishing tools and RIH. Fill up and break circulation every 15 stands. Tag top of fish @ 2540m, unsuccessful. Second attempt to Catch fish (Successful) at 2586m. POOH from 2586m with fish and continued to 2181m.

Iron Roughneck spinners, not in service because of bad hydraulic leak. No spare seals on location. Having to use standalone spinners. Drillers rig floor communciation hands free microphone not working. No ETA. No back up flow line encoder for SLS. MD Totco flowline indicator not reading. WDI flowline sensor three weeks ETA. Trouble shoot and repair Draworks. Problem with parking break. Rack back last stand of HWT. Rack back LWD. Soft break motor stab. Lay out motor and bit. Pull W/B. Pick up wash toll and wash well head and BOP stack. Clean off the rig floor. Change out elevators and pick up landing jt and perform test run to establish landing depth. Lay out same. Rig up TRS 9 5/8" casing running equipment, including Spider elevators and 500t slips. Held Safety meeting.

Make up and run 9 5/8" shoe track. Test floats. Makeup 7 jts and RIH. While making up joint#7 the connection failed to pass criteria for the jam unit to accept it as good. Broke out connection and laid down joint #7. While coming down to latch onto joint#6 in rotary elevators were lowered over stump in table. TRS operator functioned wrong control on ISIS system and opened slips. Nothing functioned at this stage due to safety device built into system. When they realized they had not closed the elevators they then functioned the switch to close the elevators. The air was applied to the elevators to function them closed at the same time sent signal to slips to open as the switch had not been put back into the closed position. The slips opened at the same time as the elevators were closing and the string fell down hole. Fish lost down hole: Shoe joint, casing joint, FC joint and 5 x casing joints=91.49m

Rig down and lay out TRS 9 5/8" casing running equipment. Discuss and prepare fishing BHA. Pick up fishing BHA for fishing 9 5/8" casing. Trip in the hole with Fishing BHA Tag resistance @ 2545m. Pick up and record parameters. Attempt to screw into fish, With slow pump rate. While screwing into fish oveserved pump pressure building. At 900psi fish came free and moved down hole. Suspect the float or shoe are plugged off. Continue to trip in and tag fish @ 2586. Pick up on strign leavign 5k WOB. Rotate string left and observe string weight drop and pressure increase. Believe pin now inside box. Stop pump with 380psi trapped in string. Screwed into fish to15k of rotary torque. Picked up and pressure did not bled off. Continue to pick up until decrease drag was seen. Pressure was bled off and continued tripping out the hole. Observed 80 k overpull on first two stands. Drag came of quickly. Trip out the hole with 9 5/8" casing fish wet F/ 2586 m T/ 2181 m.
