FROM COP SJDM CPS Report on Robbery in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 14, 2013. On November 14, 2013, around 3:00 AM, a case of Robbery occurred in Brgy. Sta. Cruz 1, City of SJDM, Bulacan wherein victim is RONNIE JAY AGSALUD y OCAMPO, 27 years old, single, store owner/businessman, native of Pangasinan and a resident of #A884 Area C, Brgy. San Martin 3, CSJDM, Bulacan. Suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that on the aforesaid time, date and place of occurrence, the suspect entered the unattended store of the victim by destroying the iron door and once inside, took and carted away the following, to wit: a) assorted speaker worth Php5,000.00, b) computer accessories worth Php5,000.00 and c) cellphone accessories worth Php5,000.00, with a total estimated amount of Php15,000.00. The incident was reported to COMPAC 5 of SJDM CPS on November 14, 2013 at 8:00 PM. Upon receipt of the information, elements of SJDM CPS were immediately dispatched to conduct follow-up investigation for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspect as well as the recovery of the stolen items, however efforts yielded negative results. FROM COP, SJDM CPS Report on Robbery (Hold-up) in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 18, 2013. On November 18, 2013, at about 8:30 AM, a case of Robbery (hold-up) occurred in Barangay Tungkong Mangga, CSJDM, Bulacan, wherein the victim is ERLINDA AMATA y ROGAS, 54 years old, married, housewife, native of Paraaque and a resident of Blk-8, Lot-14, Sec. 8, Ph.1, Pabahay 2000, Barangay Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan. The suspect is unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that, on said time, date and place of occurrence, while the victim is going to pay her bill at the nearby Meralco office, when the suspect

appeared from behind and at knife point, declared the heist. Then, the suspect took the victims cash money amounting to P1,000.00. Thereafter, the suspect fled on foot. The incident was reported to COMPAC-1 on November 18, 2013 at about 11:15 am. Upon receipt of the information, the personnel of COMPAC-1 were immediately dispatched to said place to conduct follow-up operation for possible apprehension of the suspect, however efforts yielded negative result. FROM COP, SJDM CPS Report on Carnapping in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 18, 2013. On November 18, 2013, between 2:00 AM to 3:30 AM, a case of Carnapping occurred in Barangay Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan wherein the victim is ROMULO REYES JR. Y GONZALES, 42 years old, married, Security guard, native of Antipolo, Rizal and presently residing at Block 12, Lot 10, Carissa 2A extension, Barangay Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that, on said time, date and place of occurrence, the victim parked his red and black Rusi motorcycle, with plate no. 6087-OV, engine number RW150FMG8B302286 and chassis number RWCLXPGA0B9302286 in front of his house. However, when the victim woke up, he discovered that his motorcycle was missing. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS on November 18, 2013 at about 9:40 am. Upon receipt of the information, the personnel of SJDM CPS were immediately dispatched to conduct follow-up operation for the possible apprehension of the suspect and the recovery of said motorcycle, but efforts yielded negative result. FROM COP, MARILAO MPS Report on Murder (Shooting Incident) in Marilao, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Marilao MPS, dated November 18, 2013. On November 18, 2013, at about 2:00 AM, a case of Murder (Shooting Incident) occurred in Northville 4B, Barangay Lambakin , Marilao, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as RODELIO FLORES y ANDRADA, 36 years old, with live- in partner, tricycle driver and a resident of Block 18, Lot 41, Northville 4-B, Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Marilao MPS disclosed that, according to the victims live- in partner identified as VENALYN MORALES y BALETE, 29 years old, jobless, native of Rizal and a resident of B-18, L-41, Northville 4-B, Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan, that at around 1:55 PM, same date, the victim asked permission from her to buy cigarette in a nearby store. Thereafter, she heard a gunshot near her position and when she look at the place of incident, she saw unidentified male person leaving behind her live-in partner who was then laying down on the concrete pavement and escaped towards the direction of Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan. At this juncture, she run towards the location of the victim and she found-out that her live-in partner was the victim and sustained a gunshot wound on his head. Subsequently, the BPATs of Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan were immediately seek the assistance of Marilao MPS. The victim was rushed to Nazarenus Hospital in Meycauayan, Bulacan for medical treatment, but later declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The cadaver of the victim was brought to Villarin Funeral Parlor in Bocaue, Bulacan for autopsy examination. Upon receipt of the information, the personnel of Marilao MPS were immediately dispatched to said place to conduct investigation and for possible

FROM COP, BALIWAG MPS Report on Carnapping in Baliwag, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Baliwag MPS, dated November 18, 2013. On November 18, 2013, between 2:00 AM and 4:30 AM, a case of Carnapping occurred in Barangay Sto Cristo, Baliwag, Bulacan wherein the victim is Jordan Christian Lorido y Fernando, 22 years old, married and a resident of 718 Magsaysay Street, Barangay Sulivan, Baliwag, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Baliwag MPS disclosed that, on November 17, 2013, at about 9:00 PM, the victim parked and left unattended his driven SUZUKI SHOGUN R motorcycle, bearing plate number 6776CN in front of his friends house situated in Barangay Sto Cristo, Baliwag, Bulacan. On November 18, 2013, at around 2:00 AM, Mr. Loridos attention was caught by the noise created by the dogs, thus he check his motorcycle and was still parked. On November 18, 2013, at around 4:30 AM when the victim was about to left his friends house he discovered that his motorcycle was already missing and nowhere to be found. Follow-up operation is being conducted for possible identification and arrested of the suspect/s. Progress report will follow. FROM COP, SAN ILDEFONSO MPS Report on Murder (Shooting Incident) in San Ildefonso, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, San Ildefonso MPS, dated November 18, 2013. On November 17, 2013, at about 11:30 pm, a telephone call was received by the personnel of San Ildefonso MPS from PO2 Patrick Mendoza (assigned at San Ildefonso MPS) informing that a Shooting Incident occurred at about 9:00 PM, same date, in Barangay Maasim, San Ildefonso, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as Rod Bryan Rodriguez y Nicolas, 29 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the information, the personnel of San Ildefonso MPS led by PSI NATHANIEL R GALVEZ were immediately dispatched to said place to conduct investigation. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of San Ildefonso MPS disclosed that, on the said date, time and place of occurrence, the victim together with his friend identified as Fernando Mendoza y Villaflor, 47 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan was on board a quarts brown Mitsubishi Montero, bearing plate no. BW-2946 driven by unidentified suspect shots the victim several times that caused his instantenious death while they were traversing the south bound direction (from Brgy. Maasim, San Ildefonso to Baliuag, bulacan). Further investigation disclosed that, according to Fernando Mendoza alias Ronie, they went to the house of Jerome Mones in Brgy. Maasim, San Ildefonso, Bulacan and when they reached the said house, Jerome Mones told them to be inside of a closed empty store, once inside said gunman suddenly appeared and said PINAG LOLOKO NYO KAMI, PINAG LOLOKO NYO KAMI, thereafter Jerome Mones beat the victim and Ronie Mendoza using an iron pipe. Then, the victim together with Fernando Mendoza told to on board said Mitsubishi Montero and they sat in passenger seat (middle) while the unidentified gunman possitioned to their back (compartment) and shot the victim (Rod Bryan) once. Subsequently, said gunman took the driver seat and drove the vehicle towards south direction and while driving, said gunman shot the victim several times and when they reached Barangay Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan (infront of Aries lodge) said gunman called Jerome Mones thru cellular phone to pick him up, then a black vehicle arrived and pick up the said

gunman and fled towards south dirrection(to Pulilan) and when Fernando Mendoza seen that the said car was far, he drove said Mitsubishi Montero and brought the victim to Castro General Hospital for medical attention but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. The cadaver of the victim was brought to Corys Funeral Homes in Barangay Makinabang, Baliuag, Bulacan for autopsy. Investigation is still ongoing. Progress report will follow. Report on Carnapping in CSJDM, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS dated November 13, 2013. On November 13, 2013 at 12:10 am, case of Carnapping occurred in Phase 2, Brgy Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan, wherein the victim is Armel Manon-og y Mugot, 24 years old, single, Accounting Executive, native of Misamis Oriental and resident of block 27, Lot 18, Phase 2A, Brgy. Kaypian, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The suspect is Bernard Romasanta (at large), 30 yrs old, single, native of Manila and presently residing B31, Lot 33, Phase 2A, Brgy. Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan. Initial investigation disclosed that, on the above said date, time and place of occurrence, while the victims motorcycle was parked unattended in front of his house, suspect took said motorcycle one Yamaha Vega Force color black, plate no 6039OM. Identity of the suspect was revealed thru the bystander who witnessed the incident. Incident was reported to COMPAC 1 at about 5:10 pm, same date and upon receipt of the information thereon, COMPAC 1 immediately relayed the incident to other COMPACs and dispatched its personnel to respond thereto, to conduct possible apprehension of the suspect. However, efforts yielded negative result. Criminal complaint for Carnapping is now being prepared to be filed against the suspect. Progress report will follow. Report on Estafa in CSJDM, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS dated November 13, 2013. Between 6:00 am, October 26, 2013 up to present November 13, 2013 a case of Estafa occurred in Brgy Minuyan 3, CSJDM, Bulacan, wherein the victim is Annie Lacson y Pilew, 47 years old, married, taxi operator, native of Minuyan 3, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The suspect is Nick Martinez (at large). Initial investigation disclosed that, on the above said date, time and place of occurrence, suspect was a victims driver and he is driving out the Nissan taxi cab of the latter for boundary, marked SATEVEN Transport with plate no. TXX-976, and failed to return the said taxi cab to the victim from October 26, 2013 up to November 13, 2013. Incident was reported to COMPAC 7 at 3:35 pm, same date and upon receipt of the information thereon, COMPAC 7 immediately relayed the incident to other COMPACs and dispatched its personnel to respond thereto, to conduct possible apprehension of the suspect and recovery of the taxi cab. Report on Carnapping in Baliuag, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Baliuag MPS dated November 13, 2013. On November 13, 2013 at about 6:00 am, a case of carnapping occurred in B.S Aquino Ave, Brgy

Hinukay, Baliwag, Bulacan, wherein the victim is Mario Santos y Paras, 59 years old, married and a resident of said barangay. Suspect/s is/ are still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed victim that on November 12, 2013 at about 9:00 pm, victim personally appeared to Baliuag MPS and reported that he parked his motorcycle Suzuki Thunder, color red with plate number 5049-IT, in the parking space of his house of said barangay. Allegedly, on November 13, 2013 at about 6:00 pm, he discovered that the said motorcycle was missing, theorize that it was took and carted away by unidentified suspect/s. Further investigation revealed that according to the victim he left the key of said motorcycle tuck in the engine start. Ocular investigation was conducted by duty investigator to look for an eye witness but yielded negative result. FROM COP SJDM CPS Report on Carnapping Reference: Memo from COP SJDM CPS dated November 16, 2013. On November 16, 2013 between 1:00 to 5:00 AM a case of Carnapping occurred in Mary Gold Subdivision, Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, wherein the victim was RODRIGO GONZALES y TURLA, 42 years old, married, self employed, native, and a resident of No. 559 Provincial Road, Mary Gold Subdivision, Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that prior to the incident the victim parked his Suzuki tricycle with plate number RA-6742 in front of his house and left it unattended around 1:00 PM and went to sleep. When the victim woke up around 5:00 PM, he discovered that the Tricycle was already missing and cannot be located. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS, COMPAC 3 on November 16, 2013, around 6:43 AM. Upon receipt of the report personnel of COMPAC 3 conducted follow-up but yielded negative result. FROM COP SAN ILDEFONSO Report on Carnapping Reference: Memo from COP, San Ildefonso MPS dated November 16, 2013. On November 16, 2013 around 11:00 AM a case of Carnapping occurred in Cagayan Valley Road, Barangay Poblacion, San Ildefonso, Bulacan wherein the victim was Mark Anthony y Santos, 32 years old, teacher at San Ildefonso High School and a resident of #295 Bagong Silang Street, Barangay Upig, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of san Ildefonso MPS disclosed that prior to the incident the victim parked his black SUZUKI Raider150, with plate number 7234-CK, (registered to Jayson C Sombillo of #37 Sitio Tulay na Patpat, Barangay Basuit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan) in front of Saybertep Internet shop along Cagayan Valley Road, Barangay Poblacion, San Ildefonso, Bulacan around 11:00 AM when he returned at 12:30 PM the motorcycle was no longer there and nowhere to be found. The incident was reported around 12:50 PM. Upon receipt of the report personnel of San Ildefonso MPS were dispatched at the place but yielded negative results. The case is still under investigation. FROM COP MALOLOS Report on Robbery Reference: Memo from COP, Malolos CPS dated November 16, 2013. On November 16, 2013 around 6:00 AM a case of Robbery occurred at Block 9, Amethyst Street, Golden Ville Subdivision, Barangay Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan wherein the victim was Fernando Hibo Jr. y Fernandez, of lagal age, married, and a resident of Block 9, Amethyst Street, Golden Ville Subdivision, Barangay Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan. The suspect is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Malolos CPS disclosed that according to the victims son Joseph Hibo y Tulad, when he woke he discovered that his I-Phone, Acer V3-471G (laptop), Samsung (laptop), and one (1) IPOD Samsung Galaxy was missing. Said items were placed on the computer table inside their room at the second floor. Further investigation disclosed that the suspects gained entry at the sliding window of the second floor of the house. The case is still under Investigation. Progress report will follow. On November 15, 2013 around 6:30 PM a case of Carnapping occurred in front of Finds Convenience Store, Barangay Kaypian, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan wherein the victim was LOURENCE NOLASCO y PEREZ, 42 years old, single, cable technician, native of Isabela, and resident of Block 6, Lot 13, Alabama Street, Phase 7, Palmera Subdivision, Barangay Santo Cristo, San Jose Del Monte City, BUlacan. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that prior to the incident the victim who was riding his red Honda XRM motorcycle (Plate number UP1126, CR 120869-, OR 395544 800. Engine no. XRM110ME-8053483, Chassis no. XRM11044-053483) ran out of gas and he pushed it back home. At that juncture, the suspect arrived and offered help. Then the suspect went on board the motorcycle and rode to the downward road. The victim tried to chase the suspect but he was too far to be caught. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS on November 15, 2013 around 10:47 PM. Upon receipt of the report personnel of SJDM CPS conducted follow-up operation but yielded negative result. FR: COP, SJDM CPS Report on Robbery (holdup) in CSJDM, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS ,dated November 19, 2013. On November 19, 2013, at about 1:45 pm, a case of Robbery occurred in Elfa Ville, Brgy Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan, wherein the victim is RUBY FLORES y JOSON, 22 years old, married, agent of San Miguel, native of Sta. Maria, Bulacan and resident of Phase 1, Zone 4, Brgy Graceville, San Jose delMonte, Bulacan. The suspects are two (2) Unidentified male persons. Initial investigation disclosed that, on the above said date, time and place of occurrence, while the victim is issuing receipt to her customer in front of her store when the suspects approached her and gunpoint declared the hold-up. Suspects took the shoulder bag of the victim containing two cell phones worth P4, 000.00 and assorted ID cards. Suspect fled on board a motorcycle after the incident. Victim reported the incident to SJDM CPS on November 19, 2013 at 3:00 pm, and upon receipt of the information thereon, elements of SJDM CPS were immediately dispatched to conduct follow-up operation for possible identification of the suspects as well as the recovery of

Report on Robbery (holdup) in Sta Maria, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Sta Maria MPS dated November 19, 2013. On November 19, 2013 at about 8:40 pm, a case of Robbery occurred in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, wherein the victim was identified as one NELSON DE BELEN y VERAGUAS, 18 years old, single, pump attendant of Fil-Oil Gasoline Station, and presently residing at Diliman 1 st. San Rafael, Bulacan. The suspects were three (3) unidentified male persons, wearing T-shirts and Jersey shorts. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Sta Maria MPS disclosed that, on 3:30 am, of the same date, while the victim was sleeping inside the office of the establishment, he was awakened by the knocking on the door, he stood-up and presumed that it was JONATHAN RODRIGUEZ y PENA their area manager. However, when he partially open the door he saw one unidentified male person who asked him, to quote; NANDIYAN BA YUNG JAMES NA PUMP ATTENDANT NINYO?, another two (2) unidentified male person suddenly appeared and forcibly push-open the door of the office. Apparently, the three (3) unidentified male suspects were able to penetrate the office, and one of them holding a gun uttered, to quote; HOLD -UP ITO! YUNG PERA SA BOLT ILABAS MO KUNG HINDI AY PAPATAYIN KA NAMIN! because of too much fear, the victim pointed to the place where the money was kept. Consequently, after ransacking the office the three suspects with the used of blanket, tied the hands of the victim and cover his mouth and eyes with sweat-shirt, and thereafter fled to unknown direction. When the victim sensed that the suspects were no longer there, he struggle himself for freedom and seek help on the adjoining store. Furthermore, the said gas station has no CCTV Camera, and the drawer where the money was kept has no lock. Allegedly, the suspects took and carted away the cash money amounting to more or less Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 40,000.00) including the cellular phone and travelling bag of the victim. Moreover, the Area Manager admitted that it was their management here in Santa Maria whos in fault and in negligence for none installing safety precautions. Progress report will follow. FM: COP, SJDM CPS Report on Carnapping in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 17, 2013. On November 16, 2013 between 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, case of Carnapping occurred in Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel School, Barangay Fatima 1, SJDM City, Bulacan, wherein the victim is JESTER CHING y PANTE, 25 years old, single, native of Manila and presently residing at Block 1, Lot 8, Defense Village, Barangay Minuyan 3, SJDM City, Bulacan. ; The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that, on the said date, time and place of occurrence, the victim parked his red Suzuki Raider 150, with plate number 8526 CU unattended in front of the school and unfortunately he also left the key in the said motorcycle when the victim came back in the afternoon he discovered that his motorcycle was already missing. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS at about 5:00 pm of same date. Upon receipt of the information, personnel of SJDM CPS conducted follow-up investigation for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspect but yielded negative result. On November 16, 2013 at about 12:00 am, case of Homicide, which occurred, in Barangay San Martin III,

SJDM City, Bulacan, wherein the victim was MERVIN CASOY y PACALA, 20 years old, single, jobless, native of Bulacan and resident of Block 25, Lot 2, Barangay Bagong Buhay 3, SJDM City, Bulacan. The suspects are two (2) unidentified persons. Initial investigation disclosed that, on the said date, time and place of occurrence, while the victim and his friend were walking on their way home when the suspects on board a unknown make of motorcycle arrived and suddenly shot the victim once with the used of unidentified firearm hitting him in the chest. After the incident, the suspect fled towards unknown direction while the victim was brought to the Sapang Palay District Hospital for medical treatment but declared dead on arrival by his attending physician. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS at about 1:30 am of same date. Upon receipt of the information, personnel of SJMD CPS conducted follow-up operation for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspects but yielded negative result. On November 17, 2013 at around 5:45AM, a case of occurred infront of S3 gasoline Station, located along Mac-Arthur Highway, Barangay Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, wherein the victim is AIVIELLE MANUEL y ALZAGA, female, 20 years old, single, service crew, native and resident of No. 161 Km. 15 Mac-Arthur Higway, Barangay, Dalandanan, Valenzuela City. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date, time and place of occurrence, while the victim together with her boyfriend identified as Reiner dela Cruz, were on their way home on board a public utility jitney when the suspect walking on the road suddenly took her back pack containing the following items: a) one(1) C3 Nokia cellular phone; b) one (1) Lenovo netbook; c) wallet containing cash money amounting to Php2,000.00, ATM cards of BPI and Metrobank, SSS ID, Pag-ibig ID, Philhealth ID; and d) other important documents. After the incident, the victim tried to chase the suspect but he boarded a tricycle and managed to escape. The incident was reported to Meycauayan CPS at around 10:10 AM of same date. FM: COP, SJDM CPS Belated Report on Carnapping in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 17, 2013. On November 16, 2013 between 6:00 am to 7:00 am case of Carnapping occurred beside San Isidro Labrador Parish, Barangay Muzon, SJDM City, Bulacan, wherein the victim is HERWIN MANABAT y AABISA, 41 years old, married, electrical maintenance, native of Cebu and presently residing at Block 3, Lot 42, Paraguay Street, Barangay Muzon, SJDM City, Bulacan. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date, time and place of occurrence, the victim parked unattended his pink/black Yamaha Mio motorcycle, with plate number 8011-VZ beside the church and attend the mass upon his return, he discovered that his motorcycle was already missing. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS on November 17, 2013 at 9:30 am. Upon receipt of the information, personnel of SJDM CPS conducted follow-up operation for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspect as well as the recovery of said

FM: COP, GUIGUINTO MPS Report on Robbery in Guiguinto, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Guiguinto MPS, dated November 17, 2013. On November 17, 2013 at about 08:00am, a case of Robbery occurred inside the Garden City Multi Purpose Cooperative, along Clover Leaf, Barangay Sta Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan wherein the representative/complainant is Eladio Sebastian y Santiago, 42 years old, married, Board of Director of Garden City Multi Purpose Cooperative and a resident of Rosary Ville, Barangay Sta Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date,time and place of occurrence, the suspect/s gained entry by forcibly destroying the roof made of GI sheets of the stockroom of the cooperative and once inside, the suspct/s carted away the following items: a) 4 pieces water pumps used by the members of the cooperative amounting to Php7,000.00 each; b) 4 pieces stand fans worth Php 450.00 each; and c) assorted garden tools as follows: one (1) saw; one (1) hammer and one (1) cutter). After the incident, the suspect/s escaped at the backdoor of the said stockroom and fled towards unknown direction. FM: COP, BOCAUE MPS Report on Robbery in Bocaue, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Bocaue MPS, dated November 17, 2013. On November 16, 2013 at around 11:00 pm, a case of Robbery occurred at 168 Glass and Aluminum Supply located along Mc Arthur Hi-way, wherein the reportee/representative is Reynilta Gumanio y Demeterio, 41 years old, married, secretary, and resident of Brgy Biang 1 st, Bocaue, Bulacan. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date,time and place of occurrence, the suspect/s gained entry by cutting a parcel of the galvanized roof with the use of a galvanized scissor and once inside took the following items: a) coins worth Php500.00; b) 3 boxes of x10 diamond glass cutter amounting to Php24,500.00; and c) one (1) ARMSCOR caliber .38 revolver with serial nr 845828, with FA License nr 203731 issued to detailed security guard of the said establishment. Further investigation disclosed that the said establishment has no CCTV camera and has no security guard during night time. FM: COP, BALIWAG MPS Report on Homicide in Baliwag, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, Baliwag MPS, dated November 17, 2013. On November 17, 2013 at around 2:30 pm, a case of Homicide (shooting Incident) occurred along Balagtas St, Barangay Sto. Cristo, Baliwag, Bulacan wherein the victim was Noelito San Juan y Mercado, 23 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of La Rosa St, Barangay Sto Cristo, Baliwag, Bulacan. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that, on the said date, time and place of occurrence, the victim was driving his Kawasaki Bajaj, with sidecar when he was shot by the suspect. After the incident, a traffic enforcer identified as Doegenito Cos y Isagunde, saw the victim sitting

in front of Balog Sizzling house with full of blood. At that instance, traffic enforcer Cos immediately rushed the victim to Baliwag District Hospital for medical treatment, but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. Further investigation revealed that, at a gunpoint, the suspect took the driven motorcycle described as one gold Yamaha Mio, without plate number, of Mary Grace Inanod y Bulanadi and fled toward unknown direction. The cadaver of the victim was brought to Damayan Funeral Homes for autopsy examination while the suspect was described as one male person, wearing white t-shirt, short pants, fair complexion, approximately 56 in height, more or less 30 years of age. On November 17, 2013 at about 1:00 pm, a case of Robbery (hold-up) occurred at Burger Machine Calvario Branch located along Mc Arthur High-way Barangay Calvario, Meycauayan City, Bulacan wherein the victim is Marry Johnnel Elejera y Garcia, 22 years old, single, service crew of burger machine, native and presently residing at No. 66 Little Grace Park, Barangay Malhacan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. The suspect is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date, time, place of occurrence, while the victim was performing her duty as service crew at said establishment, when the suspect suddenly appeared from behind and announced the hold-up with the use of a sharp object hidden in his t-shirt and took cash money amounting to Php900.00 and one (1) Samsung champ cellular phone. On November 17, 2013 between 7:45 am to 9:00 am, a case of Carnapping infront of Malolos Cathedral , Barangya Poblacion, Malolos City, Bulacan wherein the victim is REDEN CRUZ Y SAMSON, 34 yrs old, machine operator and a resident of 318 De Jesus St. Barangay Corazon Calumpit, Bulacan. The suspect/s is/are still unidentified. Initial investigation conducted by Malolos CPS disclosed that on the said date, time and place of occurrence, the victim parked his motorcycle described as: one (1) SUZUKI RAIDER 150 with plate no. 4115 OD, engine no. G420ID944598 and chassis no. BG4ID207978 registered to the name of JOHN ERIC C MARTINEZ infront of Malolos Cathedral to attend the Holy Mass at around 7:45 in the morning and when he returned he discovered that his motorcycle was already missing. Reference: Memo from COP, Baliwag MPS, dated November 15, 2013. On November 14, 2013 around 11:30 in the evening, a case of Robbery (Hold-up) occurred in A Luna Street, Barangay Concepcion, Baliwag, Bulacan wherein the victim is Naura Taratingan y Cabigun, 41 years old, single and a resident of the above mentioned place. The suspects are two (2) armed unidentified male person on board with unknown motorcycle. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Baliwag MPS disclosed that on the said date, time and place of occurrence, when the victim and her sister stepped off from the tricycle, the suspects suddenly appeared in front of them. Afterwards, the back rider stepped off from the motorcycle and at gun point announced the heist. Then, the back rider forcibly took the sling bag of the victim containing: a) Php 6,000.00 cash; b) bangels worth Php 25,000.00; c) two (2) gold rings worth Php 13,000.00; d) Nokia N73 cell phone worth Php 2,500.00; e) Olympus digital camera worth Php 2,000.00; and f) PNB ATM card. After which, the suspects immediately escaped towards Baliwag town proper. FROM COP, SJDM CPS Report on Robbery in SJDM City, Bulacan Reference: Memo from COP, SJDM CPS, dated November 15, 2013 On November 15, 2013 around 4:18 in the morning, a case of Robbery occurred in LBC located in Barangay Sta Cruz 1, SJDM City, Bulacan owned by Fernando Araneta y Gonzales, 38 years old, married, businessman and a resident of 19 PIU, Forbes Park, Makati City. The suspects are two (2) unidentified male persons. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of SJDM CPS disclosed that, the suspects gained entry by destroying the two (2) padlocks of the main door. Once inside, the suspects took Php 430,000.00. Upon receipt of the report, the personnel of SJDM CPS and a team from Bulacan-SOCO conducted crime scene investigation. On November 15, 2013 around 5:00 oclock in the afternoon, one Caress May Dela Pea y Estarez, 17 years old, single, student and a resident of Ba rangay Masalipit, San Miguel, Bulacan appeared in San Miguel MPS and reported that her Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle with plate number 8482-QH with engine number 40C-O67240 and chassis number PA040C000C0109058, was stolen by unidentified suspect/s. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of San Miguel MPS disclosed that around 7:00 oclock in the morning of the same date, the victim parked her motorcycle at the waiting area of Saint Paul University located in Barangay Salangan, San Miguel, Bulacan, and she attended classes. Around 4:30 in the afternoon of the same date, when she returned at the place, she discovered that her motorcycle was already missing.
