I am writing this on Veteran's Day, Monday, November 11, 2013. This is the day to say Thank You!

to all the men and women who have served in our armed forces. YOU are my heroes. I dont know much about sport stars or movie stars. I am not impressed by the amount of money a person has or the title before or after their name. I am awed by those who have served our country and come home to be the backbone and heart of society. So, to the men and women who have served and the ones who are serving, I say Thank You for your service. The Dedication Service of the Raymond Miles Youth Building was so impressive. 0ur Youth led the worship service and one of our future youth, Tyler Godwin, sang a solo. Several of the youth spoke about the importance of the building for reaching other youth for Christ. I want to again say thank you to all who had a part in the service, to those who tirelessly gave their time to assist in the building process, and of course, to those who sacrificially gave for the project to be debt free. Thank you one and all. This is the season of Thanksgiving and I echo the words of the Apostle Paul to the church at Philippi. He said, I thank my God every time I remember you. OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

CHOIR SHARE FELLOWSHIP NOV 21

Our annual Choir Share Fellowship will be held at FBC Moultrie on Thursday, November 21. We will depart the church on the big bus at 9:30 and return by 3 PM. Reservations are needed to attend this event. Call the Church Office or see Art to reserve your seat on the bus!
