Adam Goodman, Media Consultant Goodman, Principal Creative, President and CEO of the Tampa-based The Victory Group, is the premier GOP media consultant in Florida and has served in this capacity on numerous statewide, legislative and congressional races, including that of U.S. Representatives Mario Diaz-Balart, Vern Buchanan, Bill Posey, Daniel Webster and the late Bill Young. Named by the Tampa Bay Times as a media icon, and referred to as as a GOP icon maker, Goodman will serve as the Media Consultant for the David Jolly for Congressional District 13 Campaign. Pat Bainter, Campaign Consultant Bainter is the President and Founder of the Gainesvillebased firm Data Targeting, which conducts polling, demographics and opposition research, graphic design and implementation, as well as general consulting on behalf of its clients. Data Targeting continues to build on nearly three decades of success as a premier Republican consulting firm, delivering strategic council and contributing to winning local, statewide and national campaigns. Sarah Bascom, Communications Director/Spokesperson Bascom, President of Bascom Communications & Consulting LLC (BCC), grew up in Pinellas County and is a long-time GOP communications consultant. Bascom has served as the Campaign Spokesperson and Communications Strategist for many noted Republican leaders, including the late Senator Jim King; State Senators Aaron Bean, Rob Bradley, Greg Evers, John Legg and John Thrasher; and State Representatives Travis Cummings, Doug Holder and Travis Hutson. Bascom will serve as the Spokesperson and Communications Director for the David Jolly for Congressional District 13 Campaign. Rounding out the rest of the communications team, assisting in message development and delivery, as well as earned media coordination and management, will be the full BCC team: Kristen Bridges, Lyndsey Cruley, Celina Parker and Kelsey Swithers. 2013. A special primary election has been set for January 14, 2014, and a special general election will be held March 11, 2014. Jolly is a fifth-generation Floridian who has spent his entire career working on behalf of the people of Pinellas County, advancing and supporting community interests in the U.S. Congress and serving in multiple civic and community leadership roles here at home. He is a candidate with unparalleled Congressional experience, including serving Pinellas County residents as General Counsel to the late Congressman Bill Young during some of Washingtons most challenging times. In addition to creating and owning multiple businesses, including a communications firm, a law firm and a consulting firm, Jolly currently serves as a Vice President of the Clearwater-based Boston Finance Group, a specialty finance and private equity company investing in job-creating businesses, as well as Chief Executive Office of Olympus Foundation Management, a Clearwater professional services company supporting life-cycle philanthropy of non-profits and individuals. As part of his practice, Jolly has served as a pro-bono advisor and advocate for Support Jessies Law, a non-profit committed to securing resources for law enforcement to track and apprehend child predators. Jollys past and current leadership positions with community and civic organizations include serving on multiple boards, including the Board of Advisors for the Elder Law program at Stetson University School of Law in St. Petersburg, the Tampa Bay Veterans Alliance, the Town of Indian Shores Public Services Committee and Board of Adjustment, and the Boys & Girls Club of the Suncoast. Jolly also founded the non-profit Florida Federal Contractors Association, an economic development organization in the Bay area, advancing the interests of the regional business community.
