USER: Sonal Handa TEAM: Freescale Vybrid Team SUBSCRIPTION: Freescale Vybrid Hi, I currently use twr-vf600 +TWR-LCD-RGB board for development on vybrid. I did an automatic build on timesys with framebuffer and multimedia support (X windows/Qt). The target board boot successfully but we failed to Request display image by using fbdemo Summary: application. So, do we need any special configuration (jump/code modify) to using DCU with TWR-LCD-RGB board? I saw that your team was already successful on using DCU, which LCD device are you using? TWR-LCD-RGB link: https://www.freescale.com /webapp/sps/site /prod_summary.jsp?code=TWRLCD-RGB Thanks.

issues. We will be addressing X over the next few weeks. As for the touch, if you are using the download demo released after 11/26 - it should work even with rev D hardware, though we have seen some instability until you get to rev E. If it's your own application, make sure you "export QWS_MOUSE_PROTO=tslib:/dev /event0" before running the program. We are aware of issues with certain early spins of the Vybrid hardware with regards to framebuffer functionality. Do you see any kind of output during boottime? A boot logo of any sort? Or is the LCD consistently blank?
