CLS Cowl Load Sharing one of nacelle configuration functions: at D and D1 flanges
make V grooves with cowl which makes Fuel/Thrust saving, like which called cowl
load sharing latches in B777.

Use Special Tool on 8 points around the 60 bolts of A flange , at each
position: 0.260 - reading wear
Then Calculating Top half average and Lower half average, any half out of
limit we have to replace the engine
