Why would you use Microsoft Access to create a database? I would use Microsoft Access to create a database as it is a program specialised to create a database that is easy yet effective in achieving my goal of what my ideal database would look like. In class we also learnt how to create a simple database using Microsoft Access following the steps on a one note page.

Finally youve finished your database, invitation, lanyard and envelope. Feedback as to whether its met the objectives started in the Problem Definition (Defining the Problem) is a really important part of system development. Use the following table below to evaluate your final product (self-evaluation) and someone elses product. E.g. The table below is the criteria used for the evaluation of a video. This is an example only- you need to devise questions as they relate to the Invitation scenario.

Output
Questions to Ask Did the video play as expected? How well has the digital media author done their job? E.g. Are the images contained clear?, Are there any spelling mistakes Was the project straightforward- did it solve the problem? Was the content
Problems to be considered Did you test the video on a number of computers? Maybe get a peer to look over your final project prior to submission
Was the video too fancy with effects/transitions Too little or too much detail

satisfactory? Did the digital media author complete the tasks required? Was the project tidy and delivered in suitable form? Did the project meet all the specifications set? Was the project delivered on time? Is all the content original? Are sources documented?
Carefully choose the best tool for the job Does it meet the requirements for displaying to the public Ensure you read the assessment sheet carefully Remember: we need to implement before the information night Dont copy someone elses work
