1 CONTRACT TO SELL KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Contract To Sell, made and executed in the City

of Zamboanga, Philippines, by and between______________, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of ______________, Zamboanga City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, - and _________________, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of _____________________, Zamboanga City, Philippines hereinafter called the BUYER, WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, the SELLER is the true and absolute and registered owner of a certain parcel of land consisting of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE (351) square meters located at Barangay of Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No.T- 217, 356 issued by the Registry of Deeds of Zamboanga City, more particularly described as follows, to wit; A parcel of land (Lot1756-B-2-B) of the subd. plan Psd-09064556, being a portion of Lot 1756-B-2, Psd-09-003845, situated in the Barangay of Sta. Maria, City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao containing an area of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE (351) square meters That it is hereby agreed and understood that the BUYER shall pay the SELLER the agreed purchase price of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P1,500,000.00) PESOS, Philippine currency, upon the release of the formers loan from the Pag -ibig Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF); That the SELLER bind himself to execute the Final Deed of Sale upon the approval of the Pag-ibig Loan in favor of ELSIE T. LACANDALO and deliver to the BUYER the title to the above-described property free and clear from any liens and encumbrance, except such as may be subsisting by operation of law. That this Contract to Sell shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives and assigns.
