It gave information like women born in Ancient Rome were citizens, but they couldnt vote or hold office in the government. It also gave information on how they got married and their daughters. It listed the rights that Ancient Rome had. These rights were given to citizens according to who they were.

Some were given these rights, some werent. From this site, I also learned that citizenship was used as a tool. It was used to know who was a citizen, noncitizen, and slave. Books Time-Life Books.
