Meeting Points

A)Suggestionfor Improvement of our earc server services

1. Tracking database should be transferred in SQL Data database in RO/DO/TCs .
This will improve local query and earc execution.

2. Downloading of Partial Challan ( Dispatch details of out scope) should be allowed

through EARC.

3. Reports Based on tracking data (like Consignments status report, Undelivered

Consignments details with undelivered status , Consignments (To pay MR or BILL
prepared )Realized or delvery challan prepared but DPR NOT Prepared , Door
Delivery lying godown with held up reason ) should be worked out.

4. As EARC sever got slow down due to number of connections, QUERY/reports

based on tracking data on local system can be used. This will solve the problem and
user can get report immediately without connecting e-server.

5. Importance of timely DPR preparation and held up code updation at branch level
should be given from DO/RO/HO.

6. Recommendation letter and TDS entry should be online.

7. Stock of ARC godown and party Godown should be separated in system and Party
godown stock should be cleared immediately by PREPARTION OF DPR.

8. DPR Type should be add in DPRS as follows

a)Normal to Pay DPR

b)UCG REBOOKED DPR

c) Normal rebooked DPR

d) Others (Prepared to clear Destroyed or missing consignments stock)

8. Online Truck Master registration with following details should be done.

Registration Number (primary Key)

VEH DETAILS (Engine No ,Chassis No,Year Of registration, veh type)

OWNERS DETAILS (Owner Name, PAN NO, Address, Contact No,15 I REBATE)

DRIVER DETAILS (Driver Name, ADRESSS , CONTACT NO , LICENCE NO )

Once truck have been registered on e-sever it can be downloaded in local system
truck master .Additional details like broker name and its address, can be updated in
local database truck master , which can be fetched while entering challan details or
lorry hire .
This will solve the problem of dummy truck no in database and improve the
correctness of TDS certificate and vehicle information on web.

10. Front Side Stamping and remarks entry space on LR.

Correction in Existing Structure :

1. While preparation octroi billing ,frt realization indicator of cnsm should should not
be updated .

2. Additional Cnsm details should be also available for ocnsm data , and should be
incorporated in earc data synchronization.

3. Auto email facility should be given for No bill cnsm for consignment delivered
and sign not received.

4. Facility to update courier no ,couriername ,dispatch date should be updated in

sign letter for outgoing dispatch and incoming dispatch which should be available
thru query.

5. Real time costing can be availed by earc server thru web query.

6. Distance in challan should fetched from transit master and which editable thru
challan entry can be changed for diplomat station ( party delivery).

Costing calculation method should be changed accordingly in case of included

challans .
