VIOLATIONS
1. The Guards posted on our vicinity has no firearms, that will protect and secure the building. Guards dont have any service radio to communicate properly and perform their function efficiently. 2. Guards are not wearing proper uniform, they are lack of security paraphernalia ( i.e. flashlights w batteries, handcuffs, night stick, medicine kit, etc.!

The "gency shall also ensure the completeness of clothing uniform and other paraphernalia re#uired of its personnel to enable them to perform their duties efficiently.

$. The assigned guards are caught abandoning their post, grouping themselves to chat with co% guards. They are also seen te&ting, eating while on duty and are not following the scheduled break time. "s of today, agency have not submitted any written inspection reports and recommendations on security measures after turn%over last 2arch 13, 201$. 4. 5o regular written reports from the agency on the issues of guards. 6. The logbooks of your security guards are not properly and completely utili7ed, most of the important information have been missed out especially visitors and tenant information. 3. The guards were caught cooking rice at the guards locker room which is prohibited and against company rules.
