ABSTRACT
The present study has been conducted to view the effects of poor conditions of sanitation on health of individuals and on their mobility within the society. This study was designed to analyze the Effects of poor sanitation on peoples life a study of D. G. Khan City. Sanitation is promoting health through prevention of human contact with the hazards of wastes. Inadequate or poor sanitation is a major cause of disease worldwide and improving sanitation is known to have a significant beneficial impact on health both in households and across communities. The importance of waste isolation lies in an effort to prevent water and sanitation related diseases, which afflicts both developed countries as well as developing countries to differing degree. The objectives of the study were to explain the importance of sanitation in the smooth functioning of community, to identify what role is played by sanitation in community, to find out how the poor conditions of sanitation affects the living condition of people. The result of the study showed that a large number of people knew what meant by sanitation, health problem and social life of people. A great number of respondents were aware of the effects of poor sanitation, people were becoming sick and were being migrated, catching diseases and were bearing economic loss because of poor sanitation. From over all study of the research, it was concluded that the sanitation has a great importance in the society.
