Consider the following scenario: B-Mart Sdn. Bhd. is a mid-size supermarket store that sells food and household products. It has been in operation for five years in Bandar Baru Bangi and enjoys increasing returns during the last four years. But due to aggressive efforts from competitors, sales have not picked up over the last few months and this has instigated the Management to find new strategies to boost up sales. The Store Manager (SM) suggests that the store should improve customer relations and identify various categories of its customers from which marketing strategies could be deployed to improve customer loyalty. The Manager has appointed your group as a consultant to develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and manage its customers in an organized way. He wants a customized CRM System that caters for its main customer needs in Bangi. The report should highlight the Software Engineering processes that include framework activities and umbrella activities. [40 marks] Note: You may make any assumptions that would make your answer realistic.

Few organisations seriously plan their goals and make them readily available across the entire organisation. Roles, however, are established in all organisations to expedite a defined set of tasks, the successful implementation of which contributes to the achievement of some goals even if those goals are not clearly defined. 2 lines
