The government of Japan believes space technolog development is critical for the nation,s future, so it is encouraging active participation in this industr b Japanese firms! -ecause of its international approach to peace and securit , Japan strongl supports the .uter Space Treat ! Preventing the deplo ment, placing, or testing of nuclear &eapons or other &eapons of mass destruction in space must be accepted as a fundamental principle of this ne& frontier!
