ADVOCACY REPORTING & MONITORING PLAN 

 
Background & Scope 
Alliance for AIDS Action is working with 37 NGOs in 139 sites of Andhra Pradesh from the last 3 years.  Many advocacy 
related  activities  were  happened  towards  program  sustainability  and  community  empowerment.    Due  to  lack  of 
documentation  at  the  level  of  activity  monitoring,  we  were  unable  to  project  success  of  the  program  in  reaching 
objective.  At least from now onwards, we need to document these indicators along with monthly reports for better 
presentation.
