Musical Performers Contract
As a member of the cast of Urinetown, I understand and will abide by the following commitments:

I will arrive on time and prepared to work for all rehearsals and performances for which I am scheduled, and I will stay until dismissed by the Director. I understand that rehearsals are not optional. I will enter in VSM, in advance, all absences due to scheduling conflicts or illness. I understand that unexcused absences may result in my being removed from the production. I will respect and care for all materials issued and agree to pay the replacement costs of any items I damage or lose. I understand that I may be sharing costumes with other cast members and that the Costuming staff takes care to ensure a safe and contaminant free environment. I will treat my fellow cast and crew members and the artistic staff with courtesy and respect, and I will conduct myself in a professional manner. I will apply myself to my studies and maintain, to the best of my ability, satisfactory grades with a minimum GPA of 2.0 as per district policy. I will also maintain a satisfactory record of conduct, citizenship and school attendance. I understand that I am prohibited from sale, possession or use of any form of tobacco, alcohol or any illegal drugs or narcotics. I understand that, in addition to disciplinary action determined by school administration, sanctions for infraction include that I will be expelled from participation in this production and any remaining extracurricular choral activities (i.e. tours and trips) for the school year. contract requesting a full or partial participation fee waiver. Participation contribution of $135. Ticket Sales: Each cast member is encouraged to invite family and friends to purchase tickets to one or more performances of the show. The vast majority of the budget for the show comes from ticket sales. Program Advertising: Cast members are encouraged to sell advertising space there is no minimum requirement. Many families enjoy placing a congratulatory ad featuring their favorite cast members.

At least one family member has signed up to receive choral music newsletters on www.campochoir.com and I have activated my account on VSM www.stagemanagement.com. I understand that all communications about rehearsal scheduling will come via VSM only. My signature on this contract acknowledges my commitment to work for the success of this production.
