**Below are the explanations regarding the fields of above screen: Next Action Day is used to alert the user for next career movement for the staff with the day specified. For example, when a staff new joins at 1 !"an!#$$%, the expected confirmation date might be & months after. Next Progression is used to define the next career movement for the staff. For example, when a /ew "oin had confirm by management, then the ,onfirmation level will record in employee ,areer 0rogression.
