Irish Coffee
The clocks turn back an hour at the end of October, the evenings start to get darker, Halloween comes and goes, and itll soon be Christmas. Perhaps there are a few days of mild weather, but by mid-November the winter is really here to stay for a few months. I kind of look forward to this time of year in Dublin. The Christmas lights come on in the city centre and were pretty busy preparing the house for Santas visit! The kids love the excitement. And it also happens to be perfect Irish Coffee weather. Drinking Irish Coffee always reminds me of Christmas shopping. Every December we spend some time warming up in a cafe with an Irish Coffee or two. I love it.
