The SB Cards Ready Cash Program is valid from June 15 to September 15, 2013. The program is open to select Primary Security Bank MasterCard and Diners Club cardholders whose credit cards are active and current and is qualified to avail of the ChargeLight Installment Facility under the terms and conditions therein. The minimum amount per availment is P3,000.00 and must be within the available ChargeLight Installment credit limit of the Cardholder at the time of availment (subject to credit approval). Applicants must submit the duly accomplished Ready Cash availment form and copy of an identification card such as drivers license, company ID, etc. Incomplete information availment forms will not be processed. Payment terms shall be in 3 to 24 month installments. SB Cards shall process the Ready Cash availment in five (5) working days from the time the completed Ready Cash application form is received by SB Cards. Cardholders may track and follow up their Ready Cash application by calling the 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at 88-791-88 for Manila. (032) 253-8577 for Cebu and (082) 224-0341 for Davao. Once approved, a Ready Cash transaction cannot be reversed, pre-terminated or cancelled without the prior consent of SB Cards. In case of pre-termination or cancellation of the approved Ready Cash transaction before the end of the chosen repayment period, SB Cards reserves the right to charge to the Cardholders account Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) as processing fee for the pretermination of Ready Cash installment transaction. Once the Ready Cash is approved, the monthly amortizations shall be posted on the Cardholders monthly statement of account. These shall form part of the total outstanding balance due on each account statement. If the Cardholder revolves any portion of the principal total outstanding balance due in any given month, the Ready Cash monthly installment amount shall be included in the computation of the interest charges for that month. The monthly amortization amount for the Ready Cash will be posted against the Cardholder/s installment credit limit. Proceeds of Ready Cash availments shall be credited via check to a designated bank account under Cardholders name. The designated bank must have a branch in Makati Central Business District that accepts inter-branch/bank deposits. Any and all interbank deposit or transaction fees shall be charged to the Cardholders account If only a portion of Ready Cash remains unpaid after the chosen repayment period, the corresponding unpaid principal amount shall be charged the prevailing, standard monthly finance charge of the SB Cards credit card. Should any portion of the monthly add-on interest due in any given month remain unpaid, the corresponding late payment and finance charges under the Ready Cash plan shall be applicable. In case a Cardholder ceases to be of good credit standing through suspension, cancellation, non-renewal of SB Cards credit card due to non-payment or breach of the Terms and Conditions regarding the use of an SB Cards credit card, all of the unpaid installment amounts as well as other outstanding balances shall immediately become due and demandable. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of SB Cards credit cards and its ChargeLight Installment facility are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
