No (Description of Information sought (upto 500 characters) * Description of Information Sought Article 51 A (g) of Indian Constitution defined the fundamental duties of every citizen of India, the Government of India introduce animal welfare legislation, the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 along with the many rules and regulations for animal welfare, where as animal being an State subject all state Governments are expected to endorsed the Central Government legislation, framed for animal welfare, like wise Motor Vehicle Rules and Acts are framed for smooth functioning the transport system, goods transportation as well. There are many National highways controlled by your Ministry and toll tax barriers are set up, proper monitoring of close circuit Television cameras are installed but I am sorry to say that Governments are facing very heavy revenue loss, due to negligence of your field functionaries because on roads, animals are being badly abused during their shifting in goods transport vehicles, violating the Motor Vehicle Rules and Act read with the Cattle Transport Rules, 1978 amended in 2001 and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 with 428-429 and 268 IPC in exceptional cases, if these animal abuse identify and offenders booked then Government can generate revenue as fine under the above said legal provisions, infirmaries can set up for proper treatment, care and shelter for animals during court trials, where as animal owner entitled to pay all expenses. As per rules, Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - SPCAs are set up in all over India under the Chairmanship of District Magistrate and State and District Committees for Slaughter Houses are constituted by the Supreme Court of India, to handle animal abuse matters and to minimize the unnecessary pain and sufferings to the animals. Please supply me the following information: 1. Compliance report, supply the copies of order and circulars issued to all field functionaries, to obey the Supreme Court of India order dated August 27, 2013 copy attached.

2. Complete list of toll tax barriers set up in all over India along with the CCTV cameras installed. 3. List of animal abuse cases detected, booked while crossing toll tax barriers, as vehicle movement must be properly checked by the officials. 4. Details of revenue generated as fine, from the animal abusers being an cruel animal transportation in goods transport vehicles because animal can be shifted as per their shape and size not by weight. 5. Animal can be shifted in a special vehicle with ISI specification, list of cases detected for this violation. 6. Details of revenue generated by each toll tax barriers. 7.
