(6) For all charts except one, 12th sublord is a significator of either 3 or 9 or 12 house.
(7) All charts are recalculated as per courtesy of KPAstro 2.0 , except two charts as per Astrodienst with
New KPA. By using the Swiss Emphemeris based upon the latest planetary and lunar ephemeris, developed
by NASAs Jet Propulsion Laboratory, both SWs give exactly the same positions of cusps and planets, i.e.
deduction of New KPA from tropical positions of Astrodienst gives sidereal positions of KPAstro 2.0. For
example, in the temporarily uploaded file ACCURACY OF SWS & SUB SUB, positions of Asc,

Moon and all 12 cusps for Queen Elizabeth II and Hillary Clinton are exactly the same
for both Astrodienst and KPAstro 2.0. My apology for some discrepencies in Astrdienst
positions with compared to KPAstro 2.0 positions due to the application of an easier
calculation by adjusting the difference between Lahiri ayanamsa and New KPA to
Astrodienst Lahiri sidereal positions, which is supposed to be the same by deducting New
KPA directly from tropical positions of Astrodienst. However, there are some differences
and its worthy to note that the direct deduction of KPA from tropical positions of
Astrodienst should be applied to get correct KP sidereal positions.

III- CONCLUSION
1) Taking location of either 9 th cusp or 9 th sublord or 12 cusp or 12 th sublord in
Fixed or Movable or Common is not statistically significant for foreign
settlement since only around one-third of suvey charts supports such kind of
location approach.
2) Lagna and its sublord signification of 9th, along with 3rd & 12th (N. Pandus
approach), is statistically significant for foreign settlement with support of
more than two-third of survey charts.
