Bolt anchor FAZ II For highest demands. Powerful and exible.

The distinctive edge holds the expansion clip in position even with reinforcement hits, thus ensuring safe installation. The protruding hammer-in pin protects the thread from damage during setting. With a choice of pre-assembled normal washer or large washer GS. NEW: Now also with washer HBS in compliance with wood construction standard DIN 1052 (not pre-assembled).

Bolt anchor FAZ II K For highest demands. Short and practical.

The shorter bolt with reduced embedment depth is the economic choice for numerous applications such as the fixing of cable trays and substructures for faades.

The interaction of cone and expansion clip significantly increases load-bearing capacity and makes minimum edge distance and axial spacing possible. For use under maximum load requirements.

The longer thread makes stand-off installation possible thus permitting maximum application flexibility.

The 10 new sizes of FAZIIK in zinc-plated or stainless steel versions can be used up to a xture thickness of 20 mm.

With a choice of normal washer or large washer GS.

Drilled and installed faster.

Thanks to the reduced embedment depth.
hef, stand 30 mm

Example for use with a xture thickness of 30 mm aximum load with standard embedment depth 1. M FAZ II 10/30 Standard embedment depth = 60 mm. Possible usable length up to max. 30 mm with permissible tensile load of 4.3 kN and shear load of 11.4 kN. Fast installation thanks to reduced embedment depth 2. FAZ II 10/10 Reduced embedment depth = 40 mm. Possible usable length up to max. 30 mm with permissible tensile load of 4.3 kN and shear load of 8.7 kN.

Short and practical.

The FAZIIK is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation. The small drill hole depth of the K-version speeds up installation even further and reduces the number of reinforcement hits.
Your advantages at a glance The properties of the FAZ II-K considerably minimise drilling eort and the hammer blows required to drive in the bolt anchor, saving energy and installation time. The tried-and-trusted expansion clip ensures a high load-bearing capacity even with reduced embedment depth. This guarantees an unbeatable price-performance ratio. With the FAZ II 10 K (diameter 10 mm) the tensile loads are unchanged compared with standard embedment depth and thus ensure maximum performance. Certication marks

Your advantages at a glance

Powerful and exible.

The FAZII is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation and is also ideal for stand-o installation. While tightening the nut, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall. When the prescribed torque is reached the anchor has been installed in compliance with the approvals.

The tried-and-trusted expansion clip makes maximum loadbearing capacities possible, so fewer xing points and smaller anchor plates are required. The reduced embedment depth (see example) makes considerably shorter drill hole depths possible, thus provides a noticeably faster installation. Few hammer blows and minimum torque slippage ensure a subjectively easier and comfortable setting process. The international approvals guarantee maximum safety and the best performance. Applications in earthquake regions (seismic) are also covered by these approvals.

Thanks to the ideal load-bearing capacity of the K-version proof can be brought with only 3 anchor plates / posts. Only 12 FAZ II 10/10 K A4 anchors are required.

The use of M10 anchors is not possible due to the thin concrete member thickness. However, use of the possible M8 anchors requires no less than 5 anchor plates/posts and 20 8/10 A4 anchors.

The partial safety factors for material resistance as regulated in the approval as well as a partial safety factor for load actions of L = 1,4 are considered. As an single anchor counts e.g. an anchor with a spacing s 3 x hef and an edge distance c 1,5 x hef. Accurate data see approval. 2) Minimum possible axial spacings resp. edge distance while reducing the permissible load for the minimum member thickness (hmin 2 x hef). The combination of the given min. spacing and min. edge distance is not possible. One of them has to be increased according approval.

For combination of tensile loads, shear loads, bending moments as well as reduced edge distances or spacings (anchor groups) see approval. 4) For higher concrete strength classes up to C50/60 higher permissible loads may be possible. 5) According approval the minimum member thickness (hmin 2 x hef) can be reduced under specic conditions.
