ON 11-26-13 AT APPROX 1217 HOURS, JOEL CALDERON (26 YO) WAS ARRESTED AT HIS RESIDENCE AFTER INVESTIGATION REVEALED HE COMMITTED 6 ACTS OF SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR DURING THE TIME FRAME OF 11-1-13 TO 11-10-13. THE VICTIM WAS A 16 YEAR OLD STUDENT AT THE TEMPE HIGH SCHOOL WHERE CALDERON WAS WORKING AS A STUDENT TEACHER THROUGH THE EDUCATION PROGRAM AT ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY. THE SCHOOL WAS NOTIFIED OF A POSSIBLE INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP BY AN UNRELATED STUDENT AT THE SCHOOL. THE TEMPE HS ADMINISTRATOR NOTIFIED THE TEMPE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES INTERVIEWED CALDERON PRIOR TO CALLING POLICE. DURING CALDERON'S INTERVIEW WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT, HE ADMITTED TO "MAKING OUT" WITH THE VICTIM AND TOUCHING HER BREASTS DURING TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS WHEN SHE SPENT THE NIGHT AT HIS RESIDENCE. ON 11-25-13, THE 16 YEAR OLD VICTIM WAS INTERVIEWED BY POLICE AND DISCLOSED CALDERON TOUCHED HER VAGINA OVER HER UNDERWEAR DURING THE WEEKEND OF 11-1-13. SHE ALSO DISCLOSED HE TOUCHED HER VAGINA DIRECTLY THREE OTHER TIMES WHILE SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY UNDERWEAR ON AND PERFORMED ORAL SEX ON HER TWICE DURING VETERANS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. THE VICTIM STATED SHE CONSENTED TO THE ACTS. ON 11-26-13 CALDERON WAS CONTACTED AT HIS RESIDENCE AND UNDER MIRANDA, HE ADMITTED TO TOUCHING THE VICTIM'S VAGINA BOTH OVER HER UNDERWEAR AND DIRECTLY ON HER VAGINA FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. HE ALSO ADMITTED PERFORMING ORAL SEX TWICE ON HER DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. CALDERON "FRIENDED" THE VICTIM AND OTHER STUDENTS ON FACEBOOK DURING HIS TENURE AT TEMPE HIGH SCHOOL AND DURING THE FACEBOOK CHATS, HE MADE SEVERAL REFERENCES TO HOW "INAPPROPRIATE" IT WAS FOR HIM TO CONTACT STUDENTS OUTSIDE OF CLASS AND HOW HE WOULD NOT
