INTERDEPARTMENTAL MEMO

TO: FROM: DATE: SUBJECT: Bailey Faulkner; Taylor Robinson; Patrick Keul; Caleb Hodges Zachary Lachance, Director of Financial Operations November 25, 2013 Cash Transfer, Budget Updates, Future Investments, and End of Year Reports

This is a status update on the transfer of cash from our clients accounts into our new account according to the "Archer" scheme. As of today's date, $97.5 million has been transferred and securely placed in account 4294759201 for the month of November. In order for this account transfer to go unnoticed, the accounting documents have been altered so it will appear as though this additional cash was earned through an additional revenue source. This transfer should not raise any questions with the IRS and an explanation of the transfer follows below. Please take note of the explanation. Additionally, please take note of the budget updates, future investments and end of year individual reports that are included below. CASH TRANSFER On Friday, November 22, 2013, $97.5 million was transferred from our clients accounts into account 4294759201. Mr. Hodges helped to perform this transaction by making it appear as though the cash is still in the clients' accounts even though the cash has been since been moved. This procedure was needed to not raise the suspicions of our clients or their families until the "Archer" scheme is completed. Once the cash was withdrawn, it was placed into account 4294759201. This was achieved by adding the title of additional revenue on the financial documents of our corporation. I proceeded to forge more documents and alter the numbers of several other accounts on the financial documents including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows, to make it seem as though this transfer of cash was authentic. After a lot of alters and forgeries, it is safe to say that the IRS should not raise any questions or concerns about this when our quarterly audit is performed at the end of the month. The IRS should not become a problem nor should any other individuals or organizations cause issues for the "Archer" scheme.

BUDGET UPDATES As of today's date, there is $37.9 million included in the budget for the rest of the year. Due to this higher than expected budget amount still remaining, the authorization of an additional $18.2 million is being sent to our research and development department of Sherwood Pharmaceuticals. This additional revenue should be more than enough to perform additional research and experiments to result in higher, more efficient products that should outrank the amount created last year. An additional $10.6 million is also being sent to the advertising department of Sherwood Pharmaceuticals. This will allow our corporation to bring in more clients, which could potentially raise the funds of the organization as well as the "Archer" scheme. An additional $4.1 million is also available for the tech department of Sherwood Pharmaceuticals. This additional revenue will help to bring more state of the art technological equipment to the various offices at Sherwood Pharmaceuticals as well as supplying the tech department with much needed funds to improve and keep our website and offices running smoothly and effectively. Lastly, an additional $5.0 million is available for bonuses to our hardest working employees. These bonuses will be included on the December payroll just in time for the holidays. We expect that most employees will be satisfied with the amount they will be receiving. FUTURE INVESTMENTS As predicted, we created four new, effective products this quarter. This is excellent news for we completed the objective that was set forth at the beginning of the quarter in September. All of your various departments also achieved the other objectives that were set in September. This news allows us to believe that the corporation will continue to grow and the "Archer" scheme will continue to excel until the end. Therefore, I am excited to announce that Sherwood Pharmaceuticals just received a grant of $200 million to add to our additional budget for next year. This additional cash should allow Sherwood Pharmaceuticals to become the highest ranked organization in the world by this time next year. We will continue to manage these funds and do what we can with them for the betterment of society and what we believe in the "Archer" scheme. Using this $200 million, we may attempt to buy out our competitor pharmaceutical organization. This will allow us to invest in our organization by increasing its size by approximately 34% assuming our competitor will merge with us. Sherwood Pharmaceutical would also like to begin investing in even more complex products next year and we hope to achieve an all time high of designing 20 new products and obtaining 75 new clients before this time next year. With the way our objectives are turning out now, this goal of future investments should be feasible.

END OF YEAR REPORTS Bailey Faulker: Thank you for completing all of the press releases that are now on the front page of our website. These press releases have increased the reputation of our company as well as provoked an interest in more of the type of clients we are looking for in our company. Over the course of the last few months, searches online for Sherwood Pharmaceuticals have increased by 5700%. This is excellent news and will most certainly result in recognition for your work at the end of the year company holiday party. Taylor Robinson: The lesson plans that you wrote for our operations here at Sherwood Pharmaceuticals were phenomenal. The first plan works by showing exactly how Archer should work to the average client over the course of the entire operation. However, the second plan shows exactly what our true intentions are and adequately details what archer will do once the client begins the process up until the operation is completed. These plans will definitely result in more clients being aware of what Archer should do and will help to bring in more clients. Excellent work, Taylor. Patrick Keul: The proposal you wrote on Archer to the FDA earlier this year was spot on. By including all of the information on what Archer does, you created a convincing argument to the FDA to let the drug pass. Also, the bribing was successful as we already know with the FDA currently collecting 45% of our profits, which still leaves us a lot of money to return to those who deserve it. Sherwood Pharmaceuticals is lucky to have you on its payroll. I hope you continue to impress us all with the work you have done. The CEO is definitely happy at the current moment. Caleb Hodges: We are very lucky to have had you join the Sherwood Pharmaceuticals tech team. Before you introduced the Tech Support Request Form, we were having technical problems constantly and most of them could not be fixed in a short time frame. Therefore, the Tech Support Request Form has allowed almost all of our technical problems to be fixed in 4 hours or less. This allows the company to function more adequately and increases the productivity. You are a big asset to our team and I really appreciate your help with hacking our clients' information and stealing the cash that we recovered.

I want to thank you all for all the hard work you have done and I hope the new budget updates will help all of your departments succeed in the coming months. Please keep up the hard work and the "Archer" scheme will continue according to plan.
