For: Nearly a half of the world population is women and women today can play well many roles compared to men, from the housewife to a big CEO of a multinational company, so they absolutely have the complete right to have any benefits and special favours as men It is a myth that men can do heavy jobs which women are unable, for example: earning money which women can also do even better than men, fixing some home furniture, carrying heavy things and something like that which dont happen regularly in daily life. Things that happen everyday and really exhaust people are daily housework which, unfortunately, men dont share (in general) with women Without women, there are no talented men because women can bear all of men in the world Underestimating womens abilities is a backward thinking which limits women and social development. For example, in the traditional mindset, girls should graduate university, find a stable job and get married rather than pursue higher studying programs . Futhermore, sometimes, it is unacceptable that wife studies higher than husband in a family. Also, woman who is Doctor can see difficulty in finding a future husband. Modern women go out to work and have their individual career. They do not need to totally depend on their husband because they can be active in making money and have financial independence. They have 8 working hours ( the same as men) in a day and then after coming back their house, they must be responsible for all households but do not receive any help from their husband. Traditionally, caring children and doing household were their responsibilities in the past. However, today, it is not fair when women must be responsible for all things while they also work. They should be treated the same as men, that means that in households and caring children, man and woman are equal. Women can do whatever men can do, even better. To illustrate, i myself really love soccer, but the more i hoped, the more Vietnamese men football team disappointed me. While women team had won the gold medal more than 1 time, men team had not at all. But the financial award women were rewarded for the first ranking was less than those for men in the same position. Therefore, it's unfair when men are still treated as the superior. Do you know why the international women day is on this day? Because women have to suffer many troubles, difficulties at their work as well as their lives, they must work day and night and as someone said above women are known as rose, cloud...but why must they work as a men??? Why women shouldnt be treated the same as men? It seems to be unfair that every year a man usually receives only a present on his birthday while a woman has many days, for example, Valentine day, the International Women day, the Vietnamese Women day and Christmas day, to expect for a gift.

Obviously, a woman has 4 gifts annually compared with one gift (or sometimes just a wish) Many boys feel that they are treated unfairly at school in comparison with women who have the right to be free with some heavy work. Our society would be more balanced in term of population if people have a fair attitude amongst the two genders. Against Women always symbolize something that is soft , fragile and somehow not capable of doing heavy things ( not all women are the same , please remember this, i just say MOST of them ). So they should be treated equally or better, as they are different from men in health, strength,...etc. Women have been known as the symbol of the beauty - came from Venus. I can't deny that in some areas, women should be treated as equal as men. However, in general, women is women, men is men. They are too different to be treated the same. Can men bear children? number of male and female nurses, not many men would apply to study or work in that profession. On the other hand, although women are accepted to serve in such career as soldiers, their male counterparts still overwhelm in the army due to the harsh working conditions as well as physical requirements. Overall, men and women should be treated equally at a certain degree, it should not be exactly fifty-fifty as each gender play different part in the society that make life various and harmonious Men and woman should be treated equally but not the same.
