Deadline of Jeppesen on-line registration: On or before 1 December, 2013

After you register on-line, please send scanned copy (more or less 100 KB only) of below documents as required for enrolment: * CV * High School or College Diploma * Passport copy * Visa copy

Please note that after we received your on-line registration and sent us your required documents, we will send you the EAC Registration form to be signed and sent back to us needed for enrolment. Deadline of EAC Registration: On or before 5 December, 2013

Payment and invoicing will be done through EAC. You can either pay to the Cashier here in the College or transfer your payment to EAC Account which will be advised to you.

FULL PAYMENT of course fee should be paid at least three weeks before the start of the course. For bank transfer payment, course fee should be made on or before 8 December, 2013. It normally takes 5 days to clear payment with the bank. For cash payment, deadline is on or before 15 December, 2013. We will send you further information on this. Please note that there is no discount for this course.

If you would like to know more about GCAA Flight Dispatcher License, please visit www.gcaa.gov.ae. We will be able to assist you in applying for the GCAA license upon completing a 90 working days OJT at a company that holds a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) ) in commercial and air transport operations. Please note that the College is not responsible for securing OJT placement.

Documents required to be submitted to GCAA: 1. GCAA Form (AC-11 revised 1 July 2010): Fill up Part 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (Please make sure to sign inside the box in page 3) duly filled-up; 2. One colored passport-size photo (white background; without specs & no head cover) plus 1 scanned copy (pls see specifications below page 2). 3. 4. 5. 6. Emirates Aviation College in collaboration with Jeppesen Academy offers the Flight Dispatch Course (Theory) at the College in Dubai. The course is approved by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) UAE.

EAC will issue a Certificate of Course Completion for successful trainees who pass the GCAA written exam and the oral/practical exam.
