ompany that cares about our future.

GreenBin, Inc., a perfect solution for our future.

Questionnaire
GreenBin conducted one survey in order for us to find whether or not people would consider using our product, if recycle bins are located in a convenient area, and whether or not they would recycle more if they were readily available. The survey was used as whether or not customers would use the product.

Tangible Product
GreenBin, Inc., provides a dynamic way to dispose of recyclable goods and products. The bin is actually a green bin that sorts refuse into four different types of recyclable goods at once. As an example, an individual can approach a GreenBin with paper, plastic, glass and metal and empty the items into the main receptor. Within the GreenBin, various sensors will detect the type of material and will automatically sort the items into their respective holding bins within the GreenBin container. Depending on the size of the organization, business or educational institution, GreenBin, Inc., will evaluate your specific needs and institute a program based on your refuge and individual recycling needs. GreenBin, Inc., will deliver the appropriate size GreenBin (s) to your location, provide training for your employees and others that will be using the GreenBins, and be on site for a period of time, in order for all individuals to feel comfortable with the process of disposing of recyclable goods by way of the GreenBin. GreenBin, Inc., and the GreenBin containers are unique, in that the sensors will automatically sort the items without any assistance from the individual disposing of the refuge. GreenBin, Inc., has many sensors that operate as not only electronic eyes, but also an electronic brain, and hands, in order to properly sort and compact the items placed into the GreenBin. GreenBin amazingly sorts, compacts and handles your recycling needs without nothing more than the individual tossing the items into the bin.

No human sorting, no ten different bags to hold all of the different types of recyclable refuge, no worries, no buttons to push, no waiting.just toss in the items and you are done!

A 8 yard GreenBin is one of the smallest size GreenBin for purchase. A 8 yard GreenBin holds 10 cubic yards of waste. This GreenBin size is perfect for tighter spaces and smaller trash loads. A eight yard GreenBin is a good size GreenBin for a household, and small corporations. A 10 yard GreenBin is designed to hold 20 cubic yards of waste. This size is a good size for restaurant, cafeteria, and established corporations. A ten yard GreenBin will hold approximately 300 square feet of recyclable waste. A 15 yard GreenBin is a good size for college campus, large corporations, and large entities. Fifteen yard GreenBin can hold 30 cubic yards of waste.

Best of all, all GreenBin, Inc., bins and electronic parts are made in the United States of 100% recycled materials, in order to have the least amount of carbon footprint on the environment as possible, and to employ Americans in the process of building our dynamic GreenBins. The bins are made of 100% recycled plastics and metals, as well as eco-friendly paints and dyes. Our compactor component of the GreenBin compacts the recycled items into a 1 foot by 1 foot square bag, which is easy for transport by our GreenBin, Inc., personnel.

Customer Analysis
The typical GreenBin client will be large corporations and Universities/Schools looking for an efficient way to recycle all of their trash into one large bin. This will provide not only easy accessibility to which our survey takers wanted but it will also be more environmental friendly. We believe that many corporations will be interested in purchasing this product because of how effective it will be and also how the survey statistically proves that approximately 80% of the customers would use GreenBin knowing that it recycles every item. For schools, this would benefit them because of how much trash they go through each day. Millions of pounds of trash are dumped onto landfills and none of it is recycled. We will provide information for schools showing them how much trash they can recycle each year after gathering the results from previous years on how many students/teachers they have and how much trash they waste they go through.

Market Strategy
GreenBin will be the new and innovative way to recycle trash. This is the first of its kind in the industry and with that being said it is expected to be all over the news because of how effectively it is going to help reduce the waste lands and as well as our pollution. Starting locally we will distribute our business cards and brochures throughout Tampa and have billboards having our logo and information that is appealing to the eye which will create strong brand awareness. On the brochures, we will have company reviews such as Coca Cola, Verizon, and the USF dining hall giving quotes on how much the GreenBin is a benefit to them and how this will make a new change in the U.S. Those large companies being in our brochure will start spreading through word-of-mouth. Other ways we will promote ourselves is with the new social media sites we will use such as Twitter and Facebook. This will provide our clients and customers details on how to use the product and as well as create stronger brand awareness and start the electronic-word-of-mouth(EWOM) .

We will also provide helping services which shows you how to use it which will be on YouTube and have our contact information if needing more help. Not only will it benefit our users but it will benefit us because of how low the cost will be. After all the ways reaching out to our customers we will host a large convention in downtown Tampa. All of the large corporations and Universities/Schools will be invited and informed about our product and how it will help not only their companies but as well as our environment.

Market Needs and Demands

Current trends in the market greatly favor the start-up of our recycling business. Laws have been passed in the state of Florida placing greater restrictions on the types of landfills that can receive human waste. These laws took effect in 2010. Municipalities are seeking alternatives means of disposal as disposal prices are expected to skyrocket and landfill space decreases dramatically. With the laws in place, recycling is on the rise. Our recycling service solves this problem for municipalities. The recycling industry has been focusing on promoting the ease of recycling. GreenBin Inc. has made way into the economy with the concepts of throwing trash into the garbage and letting the bin do the work of sorting and recycling all waste being thrown out. It eliminates having to sort recyclables by hand and offers a quick and reliable form of recycling all waste. Market trends are skewing more and more toward recycling all goods possible and away from waste going to landfills. The GreenBin addresses this concern. This green practice meets the needs of every consumer out there who wants to save our Mother Earth. With our environmentally favorable waste disposal, the ease of recycling all goods is a popular movement in the world today and GreenBin will help further push that change.

Direct competitors are essentially non-existent in our region. There are a couple indirect competitors with a similar concept of recycling. They typically use a method of having different bins available for you to sort your recycled items. This is not as an efficient method as GreenBin because it takes more human effort, and knowing what gets recycled. Additionally, these types of recycling have a limited availability. Their market primarily consists of households which ignores the greater market. These products do not address the markets trend of having the ease of a typical garbage bin do the recycling for you.

Financial Information
Our financial plan is based on receiving several loans to purchase/fabricate the production equipment, provide initial operating capital and establish the customer base. We will achieve profitability early in the first year and due to the expected high growth rate, we will realize strong profits on sales by year three.

Start-up Funding We have come up with a plan that minimizes the startup costs for our GreenBins. We produced 200 test GreenBins at a cost of $10,000 and gave them to a selected trial group to gather feedback and help us budget for the future. We spent $5,000 on advertising to generate awareness for the GreenBin launch. These costs included social media development, ads in newspapers, flyers, business cards, brochures, and commercials. We have also signed Regional Council of Revolving Loan to a 5 years, $100,000 contract to endorse the GreenBin and be featured in any advertising campaigns. Projected Costs of 2014 The costs of GreenBin have been projected using an Activity Based Costing System. This allows us to assign directs costs and allocate indirect costs in the most accurate possible method. Each product has direct cost pools of materials, labor, and machine maintenance costs. The indirect cost pools consist of research and design, machine setups, machine operations, shipment setups, distribution, and administration. By identifying many different inventorial cost pools, our company have best accounted for total production costs of our product and has allowed us to appropriately price the product for retail sale. The following is a projection for the first years production:

After projecting our startup costs, production costs, and sales revenues for the next three years, we were able to project the products annual addition to net income and determine the payback period for investors. Our product line would need an initial investment of $148,775 to be able to launch in January 2014. The projected payback period for investors is 2.3 years. We need to sell our products at a 19% markup, in order to break-even and make profit. After the 2.3 payback period, we will be able to reinvest in the company and make improvements. Sales Forecast The table below outlines the sales forecast and cost of goods sold. The forecast is based on reasonable sales projections within the large market. The high growth is based on our plans to expand by increasing operations throughout the east coast of the US and placing similar facilities in other areas of the mid-west and west coast. We anticipate that by 2015 we will have 20 facilities and by 2017 we anticipate having 40. Thus our sales forecast doubles in each of those years.
